Very friendly staff, nice pools, very nice breakfest that you can eat just by the pool CRT TV in 5*? I've seen LCD TV's even in 2* hotels... |

we were upgraded without asking. The club room was perfect. The pools were ideal and not too busy entertainment. TV channels for brits were too limited |

Very nice, clean, large and well designed rooms. Excellent staff and service (very helpful). Great pool area... Excellent breakfast. Dinner in the hotel is very expensive. Gym could be larger and better air conditioned. |

Staff were excellent and always helpful. Everything reflected the rating and brand. Price of food in the hotel was very high compared to the many excellent nearby restaurants. |

the hotel is in a nice quiet area a short walk to restaraunts and bars, the hotel is also very quiet as in the noise level for its size is great |

Sfeer is goed. Relaxed. aanbeveling: maak een 16+ area. ( stuk zwembad, ontbijt restaurant bar s'avonds ) Drankjes en eten pittig geprijsd. |

zwembaden en inrichting hotel is uitstekend. La Caleta (de haven met zijn visrestaurants) ligt op een boogscheut van het hotel. Playa Las Americas ligt veraf en een auto is noodzakelijk (is eerder een voordeel dan nadeel) properheid van de kamer |

ホテル清掃は非常にしっかりしており、スタッフの対応も非常に良かった。託児施設があり、全て無料（普段は- どうか分からないが）であったことはとても良い点。プールはとても綺麗で、プールサイドのレストランの食事- もおいしく、値段も外のレストランと比べてそれほど高くはなかった。他の人の評判にあったようなマイナス点- は感じられなく、期待以上に満足できた。 |

Grote goed verzorgde kamer/badkamer, mooi hotel, voldoende stoelen tuin, vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijtruimte geen zon, welness te duur, drankjes en eten bij zwembad erg prijzig, weinig animatie en gezelligheid. |

Heerlijke rust, op loopafstand van andere gelegenheden. De kamers waren fijn. Natuurlijk het mooie weer maar dat ligt niet aan het hotel.. |

Wij hadden half pension en gewoonlijk is dit ontbijt en diner, maar er kon gekozen worden om het diner te veranderen naar de lunch, zodat we ook eens ergens anders konden geen dineren. |
