Excellent location, very clean, helpful stuff, do accept cards

It was cold in the room, central heating was not running during the night, after I complained, they gave me more blankets first, then there was heating round the clock, but room was not warm enough yet.

The nice room, cleanliness and very kind hotel staff.

The hostal is very close to the older part of Madrid and the metro, which makes getting around very easy. You can even take the metro from the airport to the hotel and not have to pay cab fees. Very nice staff and beautiful property.

They are not connected to credit card companies and so you have to pay in cash at check in which was not made clear.

The only thing that was good about the hotel was its central location.

Firstly this is NOT A HOTEL. It is a apartment of a huge building which has been converted into a 14 roomed 'hotel'. There's only 1 staff who doesn't know one bit of English. The photograph on the website showing the hotel is false as the whole building is not the hotel......only part of a floor has been converted into the hotel. Most disappointing!!!

Sehr stimmig mitten im pulsierenden Leben Madrids, Matratzen waren hervorragend.

Buchung und realität stimmten nicht überein, in einem Zimmer für 3.Person nur Aufbettung, in einem Zimmer Ehebetten ( sollte vermieden werden). Nur Zimmer 9 und 2-Bett-Zimmer entsprachen der Buchung. Personal war - bis auf eine Angestellte - unfreundlich, patzig bis agressiv.
