bathroom is quite big frankly speaking, I feel very sorry for choosing this hotel. they can not split the bill at once after i shared room with my colleague, only promised to give next day by email, but even after 3 days, i have not received so that i have to call them via international call. sooooooo sad experience with them!!! |

It is a convenient location within walking distance to La Rambla, old church and the metro. Price includes mini bar! The small elevators. The toiletries provided were inadequate eg only 1 set of toothbrush when it is double occupancy, no tissue paper. |

Location is excellent, room was clean with a nice large bathroom. The hotel was noisy, especially in the morning we woke up several times due to people shifting items in adjacent rooms. |

Location was great and the rooms were nice and roomy. Bathroom was large for Europe Staff not that friendly or helpful. Closest restaurant they would give a reccomendation for was 20 minutes away by Taxi. They actually gave use keys to an already occupied room. |

I was upgraded to a suite overlooking the Barcelona skyline, it was breath-taking. The hotel was conveniently located, a short walk from the metro and Plaza Catalunya and in the heart of the Börn with its maze of narrow streets and small shops. Unfortunately, receiving a confirmation from the hotel for my internet booking was a stressful process, and this eventhough I had booked and pre-paid my stay well in advance and contacted the hotel (in both written and spoken Spanish) on multiple occasions. I sincerely hope that future clients will not have to suffer similar circumstances as the stay in this hotel was well worth it. |

Very good location, clean rooms. Free mini bar & Wi Fi. Not a 4 star standard, very noisy. Mixer shower that went from warm to scalding in a split second. Old cheap TV that make a horrendous noise when switched on & only had basic chanels. The worst 4 star hotel I have stayed in, 3 star at best.. |

The Hotel is chic with tasteful and fresh design. The place is very youthful. Staff is friendly and service good. Also the location is excellent in the Barcelona city center. The metro stations nearby make it easy to move around in the city. Sound proofing between the hallway and the rooms could be better. I personally did not mind, but some might feel it's a problem. |

Hotel is centrally located and easy walking distance to public transport and LasRamblas. Room was on the top floor and had a balcony with table and chairs and was quiet when the windows were closed. Large clean room, free internet, free minibar and modern smoke detectors in the rooms. Would recommend this hotel for Barcelona stays. Check in is stated as 13:00; we had to wait in the lobby until 14:40 for our room. Although internet is free and the minibar is free the front desk never mentioned either. I knew of these services from booking.com and therefore asked the desk and received internet codes etc; Breakfast not included in room rate and overpriced if purchased individually. Many places to eat bfast in the area. |

Location The water temperature in the shower was not constant, going from cold to scalding with no warning. The hotel said they would fix it but did not. We had 5 rooms at the same price, all completely different, 1 with lovely balcony, 3 dark and dingy. |
