Perfectly located and a fairly standard quality hotel I have stayed at this hotel before and the experience has always been good but this time I got what must have been the smallest room in the hotel and the air conditioning was only blowing out hot air which was not fun. |

The staff were really knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was good but a bit limited for the price. Coffee was fantastic. |

Location is very convenient; Very clean; I was upgraded to a newly renovated design room; Breakfeast buffet is also good. Staff could be more friendly even though they are correct. |

Having the choice of sitting outside the hotel bar at night . The hotel was close to bars & cafes. Minutes walking distance from subway station Diaganol. No coffee or tea facilities in room |

location!location! the superior room does not look like on your web site, we got small room with broken air condition so we changed the room. the other room was really superior and everything was excellent. |

A clean and quiet room with bathtub. Access to metro, Casa Mira & Casa Batllo are extremely good. Safty area for family, I think. Less feeling of luxury than room rates we paid, such as an old-model TV, one of elevators which directly leads to 6th floor and room renovations. |

Very polite, helpful and smiley staff. Hotel was nicely refurbished, everything was working, with attention to detail which makes all the difference. Well designed, modern but not insulting, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere. Overall there was a very positive air, and respect for the customers, which really reflects very well on the hotel. Would absolutely recommend it. Were initially given a double room instead of twin. No prob, but would be good to know in advance. Twin became available from second night, very nice room (507). However, had a rather obtrusive buzz from the wall (like a motor/pump behind it?). All else was great, so makes up for it. |

Quiet and in the middle of the big shopping streets. Not too far from the center of town or the beaches. Close to the Metros. Newspaper in the morning. Polite and friendly staff. The front desk was not very informative about activities/events/how to get around in Barcelona. |

location was very central, staff were freindly and efficient.room was satisfactory, A/C worked well, and inside room location was quiet. one of the lifts was too small that went to 6th. floor, we used lifts that stopped at 5th. floor and walked upto 6th.. never tried breakfast as we felt Euro 18 was too expensive |

Received upgrade to suite. Very convenient for city centre attractions. Reception staff could have been a little more friendly. Welcome was good and efficient, but needed more smiles etc!! |

this hotel is great > I got a delox room whith the cost of standard > the employees were so helpful they provided me with a map and some information about the city and streets. I like the wifi internet as well. |

The Hotel is ideally located at the shopping area of the garcia street and gaudi building. very closed also to the metro/train station. Room was very clean and the climatisation in the room very useful in the hot nights. |

Excelent location, very good choice of restaurants nearby, a lot of attractions around, close to the city center, very clean, good service, very good breakfast This is my second visit to this hotel, and my opinion didn`t change |

Good location, good price, clean and neat, decent amenities. The bar maid and later the same young woman waited on us in the restaurant. She said she spoke English but when questioned about a menu item she got angry and could not explain or give a descrition. This is poor customer service and a lastine memory. We left the restaurant and ate else where the entire time. |

Very central situation, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Nice design and athmosphere. The room we had on the first day wasn't as good as there was a wall in front of the window. The rooms that give to the hotel front are much better. |

Nicolas at reception was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I have stayed at this hotel before and liked the location and rooms although the air conditioning did not work well therefore I would not recommend it in the summer. Catering at the hotel is very good also Air conditioning was poor |
