В случае аннуляции позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается 100% от стоимости первой ночи проживания

При размещении всех детей младше 3 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается EUR 10,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Депозит
Фиксированная сумма в размере EUR 100 за номер взимается в день заезда и подлежит возмещению.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных не допускается.

Location was great, nice size 2 bedroom, wonderful value, staff was very attentive and helped arrange a taxi at 4 o'clock in the morning for us! We arrived very early - our room was ready, but we had trouble reaching someone at 8:30 am - need instructions on front door at all times for first-timers |

Its location is excellent, right next to the La Rambla and a Metro station. Lack of fresh air and the stuffy smell in the rooms. Staff can use better fresheners. |

Very good service. Staff was very very helpful and kind. They even helped us contact people they know who rent out apartments because we're looking for apartments on a long term basis! Apartment was very clean and very centrally located with several provision shops and carrefour express nearby. |

It was an excellent stay at the hotel. The location is very good with two min access to La Rambla and sea front. Many monuments are at walkable distance from hotel.The staff was very nice and friendly. In fact it (staff behavior) was quite a surprise and we were overwhelmed. I would definitely stay there again if I go to Barcelona next time. Besides I would definitely recommend the apartment to all. |

We stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel staff was very kind, very helpful especially when arriving. Clean appartment, central located, no reason not to come back not all guests appeared to respect silence rules after 11pm, sometimes fairly noisy |

We stayed there for 5 nights. The hotel staff was very kind and I appreciated the privacy they offered. basically they give you the key and the apartment is yours till you leave. nobody enters in your absence, there is no room service although the boys will help you with the garbage and bring you new towels every 2-3 days. I did not like the bedrooms because they were dark and the beds were quite small. Also, besides from the one in the bathroom, there was no other mirror in the apartment. |

Basically very good in all respects, considering the amount paid. Kitchen was usable, needed tools/cutlery and so on were there. Wireless internet access working fine thanks! Very friendly staff. Clean premises (although a bit spartan furnished). One thing: Please install towel hangers and coat hangers / racks. The single most functional stuff you can put there which costs virtually nothing. Other thing: at arrival there was a noisy group of youngsters there. But it was weekend and the staff kindly informed us about them and apologized, thanks for that. After that it was nice and peaceful. |

The staff were very helpful but the rooms need bigger water heaters for larger families.Also more mirrors would be an advantage. We found the aprtment extremely accessible to major attractions without the need to catch trains or buses. |

These apartments were very central even if initially the area appeared run down The only problem I had with this hotel was that the walls are extremely thin between apartments and we could hear every word from adjoining apartment. Also at night every footstep could be heard from the apartment above which made it difficult to sleep as crowds of lads were coming and going at all hours. |

Good location, excellent value for money and friendly and accommodating staff. My only comment would be that further to a group of 6 girls travelling together that there wasn't enough mirrors in the apartment! |

午前に現地到着でしたので連絡も入れず直接ホテルを訪ねましたが快く部屋に案内してくれ大変助かりましたス- タッフも皆とても親切で安心して過ごすことが出来ました。 部屋の鍵の開け方がちょっと変わっていて最初に開けるときには苦労しました是非最初で確認されると良いと思- います。 |

Eenvoudige maar prima apprtement, geen enkel burengerucht gehoord (wij hadden kamer 6), middenin in het hart van Barcelona aan de 'andere' kant van de Ramblas (op 100m lopen). Leuke oude volksbuurt met alles in de buurt; supermarkt, kroegjes, slijterij, etc. Erg aardig ontvangen door personeel ook al is de aankomst wat bijzonder (je moet voor het pand even bellen, waarna er open wordt gedaan). |
