Its location was good, close to the heart of the city. It was nicely styled and clean. The room was very small and there was only one computer available for guests to use. |

Helpfulness of Staff. Good location. We were disappointed that there was not a restaurant, especially for our first night in a city we did not know. We would have found it easier to eat in the hotel after a long journey on the first night at least. 'Google' has your hotel in the wrong place!! |

the hotel was very close to the city centre and so it was easy and comfortable getting to the city centre. in addition, alot of restaurants, cafes and bars in the hotel area. and it is also near a subway station. the room was quite large, comfortable and clean. reseption staff was very rude and unhelpful. when checking in they insisted we pay the the whole fee for the 6 nights we have booked in advance. first time ever in my life when i was asked this. in addition, we were asked to pay for the key of our deposit box in our room. after paying we went out and left our key in the reseption. coming back we were asked to pay again. as i explained that i have already payed for the key in the morning, wich they kept non refrence of, i was given the key back. this exact senario happened every day .one of the clercks called me a liar stating that i didnt pay. only 1 computer with very slow internet connection for all hotel guests. view from most rooms is a brick wall. very thin walls you can hear all noise |

Liked the location, close enough to walk to city centre etc, hotel very clean, pool area looked very good for a central hotel. Rooms were slightly on the small side, hotel bar did not open till seven pm. Neither any real hassle though. |

In the beginning they gave us a room that didn't smell that great, and had faulty air-co, but after we complained about it they immediately moved us to a better one, that smelled OK and had functioning air-co. The pool's way too small to swim in really, but the jacuzzi and sauna are OK. |

Excellent location. very comfortable. For a hotel this size there should be more than one computer. With Ryan Air and other airlines offering online check in, printing should be available. |

The hotel was fantastic value and in a brilliant location. very close to two of Gaudis masterpieces (casa battlo and la padera) and short walk (15 min and all down hill!) to main square of placa catalunya and Las ramblas. no more than €4/5 for taxi from most parts of the city back to the hotel, very centrally located. lots of nice restaurants around and felt very safe area. free access to Egyptian museum was a nice touch and the pool and jacuzzi area of the hotel are great place to relax. Staff were very friendly and really helped us with getting directions to places. I spent a long time looking on loads of sites at different hotels and reading loads of different reviews but picking this one really helped us enjoy the holiday. i will definitely be returning to this hotel when i come back to Barcelona. |

Its a great hotel, in a great location.. comfortable and would definately stay again :) Just a little bit noisy as the walls are not thick. |

Basic room and hotel services. The room is very basic, small for single occupant. The window open to a wall and can hear the music and talk of other rooms. The air condition is not cool, takes a while to cool the room. If I put the air condition on max it will make a noise like a bus engine and medium abit quiter but takes ages to cool the room. The room service keep forgeting to put shampoo and body wash and I have to borrow from my frien or ask the reception, however, I ended up buying mine. |

Hotel is in an excellent position for sights,restaurants and shops. Rooms were quiet,clean and comfortable.Good value hotel. The restaurant is not open in the evening. |

The only positive thing was the location of the hotel, near the center. It just was totally different from what i saw in the net. The room was very bad, and the view from the window was a wall. I didn´t mind pay a little more and have better view. It was too hot in the room, and this problem wasn´t solved. They were not very nice. |

The room is quite nice, but it small. The bath room is spacious with the bath. Hotel is in a chain (Derby hotels) then it has a standard, I guess. We book with weekend for 75euro, week days 55euro, with that price this hotel is quite acceptable. Hotel staff is not friendly, location is good, but a little bit far from metro (4 blocks). Breakfast is expensive, then we eat at a cafe on the right of the hotel, at the next block. Note that all the room is twin room, if you want a double bed, they will combine the beds. |
