Близость к морю, наличие бесплатной сауны, джакузи и тренажерного зала в подвале Заехали в номер - в номере стоят грязные стаканы не понятно с чем на стенках (чуть не стошнило). Попросили заменить - ждали 1,5 часа. Не работал кондиционер - умирали от духоты (окна не открываются). На 12 этажей - всего 2 лифта, которых приходится очень долго ждать. В ванной неисправен душ. Попытались в баре с утра заказать кофе - бармена нети где он никто не знает, ждите. А у нас самолет. В общем много неприятных мелочей, хотя в целом отель неплохой |

It was a good value for money. Its clean and room was quite big, I enjoyed sauna amd fitness rooms too. Metro is 5 min walk distance. The breakfast is really a mediterranian one: bread+topping+ yoghurt. Avarage I would say. it was not included to teh price. Its a little distante from the city centre but afordable by taxi or metro. |

Clean rooms and large. Huge bathrooms. Walking distance to Metro. Good area by beach. Felt safe at all times. The twin beds that were pushed together but yet weren't together because of the frame. But it worked out great for our kids. |

It not acceptable that a hotel of this category (4*), that the system of air-conditioning was off. It was not possible to sleep through the night, although it´s October. With the window open is also not possible to sleep with the noise of cars. |

Good size rooms and the children had a seperate room with an inter connecting door. No Kettle in the room. Room service/Restuarant/Bar all very expensive. |

the sea view and the quiet comfort of the room and the cleanliness.the hotel staff were courteous and the location was satisfactory. the distance from the metros was a little inconviniant and the internet facility in the main lounge was inefficient. |

Close to the beach and the bus servise was good We thought that the hotel was more suited and designed to business requirements than family holidays, We had to go through the UG car park to get to the gym facilities, the twin room we had was small and very basic for a 4 star hotel we would rate it as a good 3 star hotel. |

Facilities, clean hotel with friendly personnel. It is near the beach, and has a nice view. Although I've stayed 2nd time in this hotel and every time I've asked for sea view, I've never was able to get one. Even I've reserved the room few months in advance. They don't seem to respect clients wishes. They should also repair the wirless internet to be operational in rooms. |

Good breakfast, nice room & bathroom, on day of checkout we were able to store our bags and when we returned later from the beach were allowed to use gym facilities to shower before going to the airport - that was really great! terrible hairdryers in the room |

The hotel is located in the modern business area, a pity that no balcony, the room is decorated in contemporary style, close to beach and bus stop, breakfast is rich and diversified. window of our room does not close well and in the morning we could hear the traffic, small stains on the carpet, we have not managed to stop the fan from the air conditioning at night. |

The male hotel staff knows service, the hotel was five minutes away from the beach which suited me perfectly, 15 minutes from the two closest subway stations, excellent cleaning of the room, the gym was of OK size compared to other hotel gyms, and breakfast was nice. The female hotel staff should learn what service and a good tone is. |

very clean and lovely view, hotel is next to bus stop with an excellent bus to city center as well as city tour bus. i would recommend it. we asked for a double bed but got 2 singles, however they did move us when i conmplained without any problems |

Everything is brand new and the hotel is in a quiet area. It is a very short walk from the beach; you can at any moment decide to have a swim, or jog or walk along the very long promenade leading to the city centre. With a few minute walk you can also reach the Poblenou Rambla, where you find less tourists, more "real" life and several shops, bars and restaurants. The fitness centre as well (including hammam, sauna and jacuzzi) seems to be completely new. Staff are polite and professional. Depending how fast you walk, the two closest metro stations (Selva de Mar and Poblenou) are only 7 to 10 minutes away. The hotel is pefectly alright. Then it depends on the kind of tourist you are and what you want to do. One must be aware that it is a few kilometres from the city centre because Barcelona is quite a big city. |

It was mordenized hotel with brand new interior design. Large reception area with Wifi PC was good. Even though I didn't use fitness area, it was well equipped. Hotel restaurant was so nice for the dinner with good price and better quality. There is a public bus stop in front of the hotel easily to go city center. Hotel charged car parking cost 15 euros/day. |

Plates are not served to the room from the restaurant as well as not left after the cleaning - the hotel doesn't respond to 4 star hotel level |

Hotel staff answered all my questions well and hotel met my needs. I had a great time! Easy access to the main beaches. Has a nice strip of restaurants close to the hotel. |
