Its location when I arrived via the train. The design is really modern and cosy except it may be a little small considering the amount of luggage I brought. The front desk staff, particularly 2 of them, a guy with spectacles when I checked in and a young lady when i checked out, were both extremely helpful. Kudos to the 2 of them! Its about a 15 - 20 mins walk to Catalunya where the main shopping is. Hence for those who are in Barcelona particularly with shopping as their main itinerary, it may seem a little far as compared to hotels around Catalunya. But since I'm there to taste the culture and understand what's around Barcelona, I do not find this at all a problem to begin with. |

Rooms were clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is not very close to the centre of Barcelona. The lighting in the room is programmed and is either very bright or very dark. It iis not conducive to reading in bed. The WIFI is weak up in the room. |

Everything was excellent, as usual. It's the 5th time (or even more, I don't remember) that I've been coming to this hotel and I'm always returning with great pleasure. It could be nice to add some plants around the swimming pool. |

Loved the cool modern gadgets - it's proximity to the Fountain was great. Bar closed very early - at 11.30pm Normally residents can avail of bar services much later than this. |

Lovely staff, good breakfasts, beautiful pool, very comfortable beds and easy access to central Barcelona. Would have liked the pool to open earlier, say 7am rather than 9am at present. And I would have liked mineral water in the rooms, free of charge. |

Helpfull, friendly Multi lingual staff, comfortable bed, close to metro & tourist bus & magic fountains No restaurant for an evening meal, the area around the fountains is sadly lacking in restaurants. |

I thought the staff were excellent and food was particularly good. I also liked the rooftop terrace though it did tend to become cluttered with beer and cigarette ends at times. The shower overflow was poor, service in bar was often non-existent during the day and the corridor on the fourth floor appeared not to be air-conditioned and had the sour smell of a place that never fully dried. |

after a long day sight seeing the roof top pool was a haventhe location to the metro was excellent and although on a busy road the soundproofing was superb. |

very nice designed hotel, located in the centre, very helpful staff in the reception desk breakfast was not very nice, as it was of bad quality and when something finished they did not replace it. I did not like it at all. |

Easy access to the city center via underground. Excellent breakfast and free WiFi. Modern minimalistic decoration of the room but the furniture is worn out and not very well maintained. There is a strong damp smell when you enter the lobby and in some of the rooms. No good restorants nearby and it is pretty noisy when you open the window. |

Mainly the pool. It was fantastic to go and relax on the roof with my friends after a long day of walking round the city.The rooms were ultra modern - to the point where by the end of the stay we hadnt worked out how to turn the lights on and off! The staff were also extremely helpful. |

Rooftop pool The hotel was modern to the extreme that some of the functions in the room were difficult to work and frustrating - the lighting system, the toilet door not shutting, the shower. |

Elegant design, comfortable atmosphere, welcoming, lovely pool area on the roof with wonderful views, excellent breakfast setting and food, perfect geographical situation - not too noisy and hectic, easy to reach other parts of Barcelona, delicious tapas, well designed rooms. Perfect for us in every way, we enjoyed our stay very much. |

Great location, right near the 'Magic Fountains", a metro station can bring you to the seaside, or to Guell park with no transfering. Possible to walk to Pl Catalunya (about 15-20 mins) or take the metro for 2 stops. The rooftop pool is really nice to spend your siesta at! Really nice hotel in good location. |

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the facilities were excellent and good value for money. the room was clean and I liked the unusual design of the hotel. you are on full view to the guest in the bedroom when you use the bath, toilet and Bidet facilities, not suitable for sharing with a friend or a child. the blind is a mock blind between the glass in the bathroom and the bedroom... it would be preferable if it were a real one!!!e |

The hotel is very cool & modern. The roof top terrace is absolutely gorgeous. It was good value for money. The beds were uncomfortable. It was difficult to see how to work certain things as it was so high tech. Also there was no atmosphere in the bar as there were no people. The roof top terrace could also do with its own bar. |
