Замечательный отель! Маленький, уютный, чистенький. Очень, ну очень вежливый персонал, который оставил нас в восторге от Барселоны. Прекрасный ресторан при отеле, где подают очень приличный завтрак. Находится в самом центре старого города на пересечении всех пешеходных улиц, в 10 мин. от пляжа.

My mother got robbed at 3pm outside the hotel on the street - according to coffee shop beside it happened 3 times almost every day. The taxi drivers deliberatly drop people staying at hotel up the road a bit where there is intersection of narrow streets where they are robbed as they struggle to manage taking bags out of the car and pay taxi man. My mother is elderly woman very disturbed by experienced. She lost all her money 800 euros in total as she insisted on paying taxi man outside hotel and was robbed by two gypsies who took her purse ouf of her bags, I was ahead of her trying to get the bags down the road to the hotel so we where split by a few metres which allowed them do this.

I used the phone to call Kenya,the call lasted about 10 minutes. I was charged over 40 euro. It was a total rip off. When I questioned the astronomical bill I was informed that I should of known that all hotel phone bills were expensive. Because of this I will never stay @ one of your hotels again.

Everything was great. Good location and quiet street. Internet access was convienent and the free water bottles is a great idea. Clean and modern. Staff could speak english.

Small but its all you need. Its Europe so small is normal.

Hotel Staff were extremely kind and helpful, balcony overlooking street, free water and location were excellent. Size of room was adequate relative to European hotel rooms.

Bathroom design was overall lacking. Heat of shower made it like a sauna, towels were small and lacking and toiletry amenities were cheap.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief staty at Ciutat de Barcelona. After arriving at 9:30 A.M. after an overnight flight from the us, we stopped at the hotel to drop off our luggage before heading out for sightseeing. To our delight our room was ready and we were able to get straight into our room and take a much needed nap. The location was right around the corner from the Picasso Museum which was great. Plus, it gave us a real feel for the Old Town, sipping coffee on our balcony overlooking quaint Princesa Street. Our triple room was also large enough (by European standards) to accommodate our travels with our 16 year old daughter.

The room and bathroom were very clean.

We found the staff not helpful. Also we were were quoted a price when we had booked a third bed, however when cancelled they still charged us as if we had a third bed. The room smelt of sewage everytime you walked in and they drilled in the rooms at around 8am in the morning and people complained but they were unapologetic about it.

The location was fine and a very helpful reception. Free Water in the frige on each floor.

We enjoyed ouyr stay very much. It was in a great location.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I ended up extending my stay and they were very accommodating and willing to help. They were very helpful in getting the internet working, and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The beds are not great. they are cheap, light beds that move around too easily.
