staff were excellent - great location and well appointed rooms breakfast was 21 euros which was ridiculous for a self service buffet |

It was a good central location but seemed expensive maybe because of the price of the euro Lighting could havae been better. Did not eat in hotel so therefore cznnot comment on that Beds were very comfortable The corridors were painted gray and the lighing was not very good so it looked rather bland |

location was excellent, tasteful room decor, roof top pool, pleasant staff, bathroom facilities superb breakfast was not the best, bacon and eggs would be better not supplied rather than cold and greasy. |

location was great i paid for a late check out but on day of departure i was told it was not available and also a free gift with booking did not appear which i did not pursue |

very modern, stylish hotel. Aesthetically beautiful. The rooms are great. Guests will be impressed with the location, it is as the name suggests very central and an excellent location for seeing all the sights. |

The location was perfect for shopping. the rooms were clean and tidy. The bed rooms at the front of the hotel were not sound proof with reguard the street trafic, a tea and coffey facility would be a great addition in each room. |

Location is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpfull and I just loved the little extras scented candles etc.the pool area is wonderful.Most of all the hotel is very beautiful. I liked the atmosphere the low lighting provided, but there were times that you needed more light. |

Placed right in the centre of the Gothic area this was excellent location for our extended weekend in Barcelona. Walking distance to nearly everything you want to see - even the beach. Wonderful pool on the top with a fantastic view over the old city. |

The locality was just perfect within easy reach of all the places we needed to see and ideally quite at night to get a good nights sleep, the breakfast was great and set us up for the day. |

The rooftop pool is amazing. Great location - lots of interest within easy walking distance and next to a metro station. With the very dark decoration the lighting in the room needed to be better. Mirror light in bathroom area was not repaired despite repeated requests. |

All the receptionionists spoke English very well and the pool on the top was very comfortable. The supply of the towels in the bathroom was very inappropriate. The size and the number was different from day by day. I did not like that sort of uncertainty at all. As it was a small thing, I did not complain specifically except once. However it is one of the basic requirements of a hotel. |

Lobby; Free water in the room, Location; The fact that there was a pool (although tiny as it turned out) Slow service staff with no and almost no English skills (they go around with a notepad so that you can write down "double espresso"); pool is tiny; beds are not very comfortable and there is no wlan in the hotel rooms |

the hotel was really central the rooms were beautiful and was always cleaned. You even get complimentary mini bar with free water and juice. Would definetly go back |

The quite relaxed manner of the staff, that spoke of quality without pretention. We were treated extreamly well, the rooms were a good size, the hotel was halfway between the beach and La Ramblas. The towels around the pool, but you get that everywhere now. |

Staff was courteous and helpful. Prompt response from Housekeeping, etc. Not good value. Stayed at other hotels in Barcelona for less money with more ammeneties. For a four star hotel I expected more. (Bath items, example -- toiletries, and there were no robes in the room. This was my first stay there, will not return. |

The rooftop pool with the view over Barcelona was amazing. The rooms were clean and service was good. Very centrally located! The rooms were slightly dark; it is part of the ambiance, but when you are looking for something some light is useful! |

I did not like the hotel at all. It's price does not correlate with service and quality of the hotel. Actually I would give this hotel 3 stars maximum |
