Комфортно, хороший номер, приветливый персонал

Не понравились 2 вещи: температура воды плохо фиксируется, постоянно меняется в душе. И считаю, что цены на услуги слишком высокие - завтрак, паркинг машины и т.д.

Очень удобное месторасположение отеля, с одной стороны шаговая доступность до основных достопримечетельностей Барселоны, а с другой тихое и очень уютное местопроживание в отеле. Прекрасное обслуживание, вкусные завтраки, дружелюбный персонал. Советую как идеальное место для семейного отдыха с детьми, так и для проведения бизнес-встреч, конференций.

Самое лучшее в отеле - это его месторасположение. До главных достопримечательностей - рукой подать, но в тоже время тихо и спокойно, ибо здание стоит несколько в стороне на моле. Из окна - чарующий вид на Монтжуик, канатная дорога на который начинается в башне, стоящей прямо перед отелем.

Я бы не выбрала этот отель второй раз всего по одной причине - из-за системы их одеял. Они не используют пододеяльники, а одеяло находится между двумя такими скользкими простынями, что постоянно из них выныривает. Как-то неприятно осознавать, что люди до меня тоже спали под этим одеялом. И негегеенично это. На завтраке (мы были там всего раз) не было свежих овощей. Фрукты были.

Location, safety, cleanliness

The location was great, service fine, and facilities nice. We were happy that they let us check in right away in the morning, as soon as we arrived after an overnight flight from the US. We really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms/bathrooms were well appointed. The port/ marina was nearby, and you can catch the tour buses from outside the hotel.

The pool was closed the top floor with the gym was not staffed when we visited and was poor. The first room we got was dirty. The main restaurant in the hotel was closed on the Monday night. I would have preferred to stay in a more central hotel. The area was noisy at night/day with a working port nearby. I did not think the hotel was value for money.

The hotel is in a nice setting on the harbour but not particuarly central and it is not a nice walk to the old town if that is where you wish to spend most of your time,

A comfortable hotel, and a logical gateway for the cruise ships, as well as providing access to both city and waterfront.

The rooms are elegant, exceptionally quiet and the the staff is responsive. Rooms are beautifully presented and truly the space in the 26 square meter rooms is huge. The bathroom and separate walk-in closet was beyond expectation. The bed is not the softest you'll find but it doesn't merit complaint, either. We slept well. The peace in the location was a welcome respite from the city.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very responsive. They allowed us to check in early since we had arrived at 1000 the day before our cruise.

There was no small cafe/store near the hotel that was open on the weekend. There is a place near the world trade center but it is closed on weekends. The hotel should consider adding this amenity. If you want to be able to get a coffee/snack, then consider staying on Las Ramblas. We had stayed at the Grand Marina thinking we could get to the cruise terminal by walking but that was not the case and had to pay 11Euro for a taxi. Staying in town in one of the quaint hotels where there is more action would have been much better.
