Расположен в самом центре города в 5 минутах от моря, никаких проблем при заселении ранее положенного времени чек-ина. Несмотря на шум с Рамблы, не пожалели о номере с видом на эту улицу уборка не очень качественная, полы редко моют, стол вообще ни разу не протирали, но это мелочи - в целом все аккуратно и уютненько |

Основное, что понравилось - это месторасположение. Отель находится на центральной улице города. Рядом готический квартал, набережная, дворец Гуэль. Тут же рядом и большой универмаг, где можно пошопиться. В общем все рядом - это важно если времени немного. Основные минусы: гель для душа был в номере только при заезде, про шампунь я вообще не говорю. У нас был двухместный номер, но полотенце для лица каждый день оставляли только одно... Это неприятно поразило. |

Самое главное преимущество - расположение отеля. Чек ин- чек аут - без каких-либо проблем. С персоналом особо не сталкивались. Не открывались окна в номере, было душно |

Прекрасное расположение (прямо на La Rambla), доступность (рядом удобная станция метро), доброжелательный персонал, все услуги на уровне. За те же деньги можно жить в пяти звёздах в Марбелье при бесплатном Спа и с прекрасным завтраком (кризис всё-же). Хоть бы кормили... |

Ничего. Отель тянет максимум на одну звезду. Нет даже минибара. Персонал работет отвратительно. При подходе клиента к стойке регистрации даже не поднимают голову, читая газету. Это касается не одного сотрудника, а всех. Ситуация повторилась утром при работе другой смены!!! Соотношение цена-качество неприемлемо! Сам олеть и вся мебель давно нуждаются в ремонте или замене. |

Мы были там всего один день, все понравилось. Расположение очень хорошее, персонал ресеншн - с прекрасным английским и был рад помочь. Зарегистрировали в отеле раньше положенного check-in. |

Place was good, from La Rambla Street ist's easy to reach everywhere.(but it's also very noisy) It wasn't possible to get fresh air in the room. There were no window. Also we could'nt open the the door of the balcony, it was locked. And it's a very old hotel. |

The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were very un-helpfull & not friendly at all. The facilities where very poor we couldn't even buy a cup of tea or coffee at the hotel, & as this was a special birthday trip for one of my friends i was very disappointed. |

The room was clean, in a fantastic location with a balcony overlooking Las Ramblas The shower temperature fluctuated to one point where we got burnt and the bed could do with a bit more comfort. |

Friendly staff. Excellent location - half way down Las Ramblas. Opposite square full of restaurants - recommend Les Quixant Nits - Arrive about 8.30pm when they open top floor Poor sound proofing between rooms - Could hear snooring from next door! Ramblas family rooms bigger than rooms at back. |

The location was excellect, although if you are in a room facing the street it is loud all day and night. We were a family of four, the space was OK, not more. There are no extra facilities in the room. No table.No wifi. For the high price we paid, it should have included breakfast, even a small one of coffee and rolls or something similar. I will recommend the hotel only for its location. |

The staff was "never mind" The breakfast and dining room were good. The room was clean and well served every day. However some problems with leaky shower. No problems concerning our stay. Very pleased with the location of the hotel. The leaky shower. |

the location is perfect for people that want to be in the middle of everything in barcelona. The hotel is old and run down. The room we stayed in was tiny and very dirty. The air conditioning would not turn on and when we complained they stated they had turned it off for other guests and that they could not turn it back on until the following day. It never was turned on the following day. |

Clean and good sized rooms The sound insulation was poor. We had to use ear plugs to have any chance of getting to sleep. also they had no record of our reservation through your company. Fortunately there were rooms available. |

location is excellent There were no english channels on the televisions. The safe in the room was defective and it was never addressed despite several reports.Beds were sagging i.e. not firm. |

The location was superb. The hotel restaurant, although a little expensive,provided high quality dishes. On our initial room alocation, the windows would not lock. We were provided with another room which was larger, the windows did lock but the room was in need of an update. |
