удачное месторамположение. в самом центре, на торговой улице. недалеко от площади Каталонии, на которувю приезжает Аэробус. можно снять с полов номера ковры. они впитывают все запахи |

Просто идеальное располложение для туристов. Здесь пересекаются все линии метро, отсюда отправляется шатл в аэропорт, тут начинаются маршруты экскурсионных автобусов, отсюда отправляется автобус в загородный оутлет. Еще из плюсов - очень вежливый и приветливый персонал. Мы попросили пересилить нас из номера с двумя кроватями в номер с одной большой. Нам ответили, что пока свободных номеров нет, они появяться только к вечеру. Мы отправились на прогулку, а по возвращении обнаружили , что все наши вещи аккуратно перенесены в новый номер. Изначально нас поселили на втором этаже, потом переселили на первый, в номер прямо за стойкой ресепшн. Из минусов - слишком хорошая слышимость. Мы просыпались от звонков телефонов и звонков в дверь. Не понравились завтраки. Либо сделать нормальные завтраки, либо дать возможность бронировать номера без завтраков. Так же расстроила ситуация с интернетом. Т.к. при бронировании был заявлен бесплатный доступ, а на деле оказалось по-другому. |

I liked everything at the Pelayo. The staff were first class and very friendly and helpful. I am a world traveller on business staying at the best on expenses but this was for my own account and was absolutely perfect. Although the room was not large it was very clean as was the bathroom. Value for money you cannot beat. The breakfast was hot drinks and croissants (plenty) sufficient and enough. |

Exillent staff, exlellent location Inside noise, there is a possibility to add inside door and it may help, 20 stairs to the elevator, but it is compensated with very centered location |

Great location, everything in the walking distance. Good standards for a one star hotel, quiet, clean and nice room, air-condition, tv. Good value for money. The reception staff could be more informed about some events in the city etc. |

Only few minutes walk from the Las Ramblas and The Catalunya metro stop. 1) It was very noisy all night long and I believe something could be done with the windows to insulate them.2)The coffee & tea from the machine is extremely sweet. |

Good location, right in the center of the city near Plaza de Catalunya; good personnel, ready to help (I left my luggage for some hours after the leaving) Very small room, it is harly possible to move, especially in the bath- room |

Perfect location, nice rooms, apart from the one near reception (I think it was nr 105), clean - what else do u need for a perfect city break :) The evening we checked in there was the lady who didnt speak english at all, plus she booked us into some crappy room, which was supersmall and somewhat pathetic, plus one double-bed for two, although we had ordered a twin room. From next day on however all staff were professional, english-speaking and very helpful and we moved into a wonderful large room with a great view. One huge piece of advice - try not to get booked into the room near the reception! (I think someone already wrote about it on here). Breakfast was included, but if u like to actually eat in the morning, go elsewhere for breakfast, coz its only tea and some pastry. For me it was fine, coz it was so hot in the city that we seldom felt hungry. |

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. I traveled with my 5 year old daughter and she had a great time. The room for three was very big and we had plenty of room to move around in and plenty of storage space. Although the hotel was in need of cosmetic updating it was perfect for our trip and fantastic value for money given the location to all the things Barcelona has to offeer. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it whenever I get the chance. |

The staff at your disposal They say pets accepted,but they mean that the dog can stay in the room,but not alone.They should specify it in their web site,because it's a big problem for the people who want to visit the city |

friendly staff, great situation, air conditioning, generally quiet, very cheap prices, clean and comfy bed. Slight mix up at beginning which was partly my own fault, but this was dealt with in a first class way by the staff. The buzzer was quite annoying at night and required the use of ear plugs in the first room we stayed in. |

The hotel is very close to Catalunya Square, small but clean hotel, with nice people, the rooms are the same: small but clean :) breakfast was not really a breakfast, tea and coffee from a coffee machine and some croissants |

A fab place to stay in the centre of Barcelona!!!!!!! Would recommend it to anyone!!!! Would have liked breakfast on day of departure. but was refused as it was too early, but as the breakfast was only muffins and coffee from the machine I think this could have been arranged. |

David at reception was really friendly nothing was too much bother really clean,brilliantly situated really good find recomend to anyone on a budget who wants a chilling break away. Was really hot and free air con much appreciated. |

Location in city centre, friendly staff, good value for money I wish they differentiated the selection of muffins for the breakfast. All of them are very sweet and it gets a bit annouying after 2 days. I would prefer something non-sweet as well, something with cheese, sausage or just plain bagettes with some butter. Some yoghurt would be great as well. In the first morning I was surprised that they serve the breakfast at the lobby near entrance door but later on I realized that you can take your breakfast to your room and that's actually fine, almost breakfast in bed :) Before booking I looked through all the commentaries on the website and I'm surprised why so many people complain about noise. Well, I noticed some regular bum-bum-bum (I guess that's metro) but it wasn't noisy enough to disturb my night sleep. I guess I was also lucky with calm neighbours :) |
