Вполне адекватный персонал, расположение - 2 станции метро от площади Каталонии и 15 минут пешком от песчаного пляжа, чистый, приятный номер, жк-телек, холодильник, сейф, цена. В целом, суммируя плюсы и минусы я не пожалел. Ресторан внизу мягко говоря удивительный... 9 блюд, 4 десерта из напитков только апельсиновый сок. Тарелка фруктов (Cut fresh fruits) стоит 6,5 евро и включает в себя один (1) апельсин и одно (1) киви порезанное колечками, попросили разрешения сдачу с десятки не приносить. Не удивительно, что там всегда пусто. В целом кроме этого удивительного ресторана в гостинице нет вообще ничего. В моём понимании это даже не близко 4 звезды. Мой номер был угловым (самым маленьким на 6 этаже) и имел одну комнату вместо двух на фотографии и площадь вдвое меньше той, которая указана в информации о бронировании. |

Обалденная современная гостиница, в стиле HI-tech дизайн, с отличным профессиональным обслуживанием и рядом от центра города (если любите прогуляться минут 40) |

Enjoyed being able to walk to shopping & restaurants or catching the tram one block away to go to the beach, the casino,the "hop on-hop off" bus and many other sites. The staff was pleasant and helpful--especially, the young lady who was at the front desk in the evenings! She is most wonderful! Hope we can return one day soon~~~ |

The room was very nice, good size, clean and modern. Reception staff on arrival and departure were very helpful and nice. The room had a kitchenette but had limited utensils and no tea and coffee making facilities. Dishes were not washed, soap not replaced and restaurant had limited food choices and hours. Caught in heavy rain (22 Oct) and staff on that day were very rude and unhelpful. |

There was free internet access in the lobby. Plenty of space in the room. The breakfast is very over-priced, and is not clearly marked...i think it was 12 euros for a minimal buffet...NOT Worth it!!! Also, the triple is the exact same room as the family, but they charge more for more people...I Suspect the double and single rates get the same room as the triple and quad, but they get a sofa, not a sofa bed for guests 3 and 4. |

I like absolutely nothing about the hotel. The service by the staff was appalling. In general, i think the hotel staff lack a service oriented attitude and the facilities were not fantastic. It boasts the most limited breakfast spread I have come across for a 4-star hotel. The rating is clearly misplaced for this hotel and I will not even recommend it to anyone. Absolutely disappointing!! |

Liked the modern style of this hotel and our room was unusually large and bright with lots of windows. We stayed over a Saturday night and found it difficult to sleep due to the noise from outside. Although the hotel is in a quiet location for some reason it was noisey outside all night long with students or young people. Perhaps we were unlucky being on the front of the hotel - maybe it was some kind of special event?? But the windows have no noise attenuation at all - had to get up in the night as I thought the windows were open - they weren't! Oh, one other thing. Why do Spanish hotels never have tea/coffee making facilities??? |

It was great value for the money. The staff was responsive. It was far from everything. 15 minute walk to the beach and 3 trams to the center of the Plaza. There wasn't much in the area. The kitchen utensils were basic but the staff will provide you with additional items upon request. |

The staff was courteous, and helpful. The location was adequate for our needs as we were close to transit facilities, breakfast places, etc. You indicated that there was shuttle service from the airport to this hotel when in fact they do not provide shuttle service for individuals but will provide it for groups if requested. |

The staff was kindly and helpful. Our room was excellent, spacious, very quiet and clear. I loved its design. The bed was very comfortable (its width is 180 cm). The bathroom is big too. The WiFi was free and it was working very well. The hotel has own garage (the fee is not low but unfortunately it is normal in a metropolitan). The public transport is very good (Plaza Catalunya is max.20 minutes by metro) you do not have to use your car in the city. If you stay here longer than us (5 nights), you can use the kitchen. The breakfast was fresh but it was not various. The tea filters run out and the chef had not ordered it for 5 days while we stayed here. The breakfast is not 4-star! It is better if you are going to have breakfast to the city. You can find many super places and those are cheaper and much more delicious. |

This is a new facility purpose built.It had a kitchenette with cooking but no utensils.Can be got on request.Had a pullout double bed from a couch seperate to main bedroom which we required travelling with our son ie 3 people.Excellent facilities close to metro into central centre |

hotel room was very spacious, hotel is quiet, it was not far to metro station Marina - about 7 minutes by walk Hotel is out of the way place, quite isolated. It was far from the beach - 20 minutes by walk, and far from city centre - you should take metro or taxi. Room was big but very modern 'very cold' design. |

everything, as we expected from a 4star hotel. staff,service,cleaniness was excellent the food availability in the hotel restaurent did not have much variety, for example, there was hardly anything for vegeterians.but there are lots of food near the hotel |

the staff is very kind and show us about the room as well as the city around. the apartment is perfect. it is very comfortable and in a perfect location. it gave a very good impression for my first visit to amsterdam. i will come back in my next trip. |

we took a room for 3 and we had more than enough space, close to the metro station Marina, 15-20 min to the beach we didn't took the breackfast so we don't have the full image,mybe next time |
