Месторасположение - центр города и станция метро у входа в готель; наличие бассейна, солярия, зала с тренажерами; отзывчивый персонал. Продлить время работы бассейна с 20:00 хотя бы до 22:00. |

Удобно расположен, неплохие номера. Бассейн на крыше - приятно после дня ходьбы в нем поплескаться. Удобно расположен - рядом вход в метро и на фуникулер на Монжуик. В пятиминутной ходьбе до площади Испании и до набережной. Несмотря на условие заселения после 15 часов, по прибытии в 16 часов пришлось ждать, когда подготовят номер. |

Очень тихо и спокойно, в номере абсолютная чистота. Выход на довольно оживленную улицу, но на границе очень колоритного старого города, прекрасное место для прогулок. При этом совершенно безликий минималистический интерьер, в холле взгляду не на чем остановиться. Оживить интерьер, сделать дизайн более интересным и гостеприимным. |

мы просто в восторге от гостиницы читали что у вас чисто и уютно но то что увидили - это великолепно!!!! высочайший сервис и чистота большое вам спасибо очень жалеем что пробыли так мало времени повторный приезд будет только к вам и обещаем самую широкую рекламу среди наших друзей коллег и знакомых!!! так держать!!! |

the hotel was very clean and the staff are very helpfull even when we wanted to change our room from the front of the hotel which was a bit noisy |

Great location, great breakfast and in the hottest half part of the year a nice little pool to cool down in (it is closed from November-March). Being just two steps from two metrolines makes it easy to get around fast. |

The staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The room was great in a nice decor and comfortable size. Our window faced a noisy street, but the windows actually kept out the noise. There was a lovely new bathroom. Breakfast was nice. The bed and sheets need to be changed. We had a double bed made of to single beds pushed together, but lying in the middle was very uncomfortable, it was very hard for some reason. The mattresses felt like the springs were gone. The sheets had rubber coating on the down facing side, very uncomfortable to lie on, we hadn't asked for this, and we could have done a lot better without it. |

The location is perfect, just 10 steps away from the metro. To the Ramblas, you can easily walk. The hotel has on the roof a small but nice pool, a great place for sunbathing and a fitnessroom. You also have a great view! Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel! We liked the hotel very much, but the beds were a little bit hard and the pillows too soft. But nothing to really complain about. |

I liked it because it was the same like I saw in the site bookiing.com. The situation of the hotel is very close to the beach and metro station. So you'll never loose your way to the hotel! Only one thing. I was choosing the hotel with the open swimming pool and it was in it but did not work. Anfortunatelly it is closed in cold time but no where was told about it. |

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The location was perfect and the room was big and clean.The staff was helpful and helped with our questions. The bed wasn’t comfortable (we had twin beds). |

Excellent location - 5 mins from Las Ramblas and next to a metro stop. Great views from rooftop. Very clean and good size room. Some of the staff at the check in desk have an attitute problem. Rooftop pool closes at 8 - far too early. Many problems with key for hotel door not opening, not dealt with satisfactorily. "Double bed" is two singles pushed together. |

Very friendly, helpful, English speaking staff. A few steps to metro station. Two metro stops to the center of La Ramblas. Wood floor. Clean and spacious private bathroom. |

The staff were very so friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located outside metro stop. I would highly reccmmend this hotel - i can't say anything bad about it - stay there! |

Nice good-size room, metro is just outside the hotel which is very convenient. Windows are not so good and the street is very noisy; poor selection of TV channels - there was just one in English and one in French with the rest in Spanish and Catalonian. |

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. We asked to be moved from a room on the front of the hotel to one on the back. The front looks out directly onto a 6-lane road and is very noisy. We didn't sleep much the first night, but then we were moved to the back, which was much quieter. Also the roof terrace closes at 8pm which is a great pity as it would be lovely to be able to go up there at night to see the city lights. |

No Hotel was great. It was your booking confirmation that confused me. I hadn't realised that I'd booked the same room at two different rates but hotel staff were very understanding and consequently supportive. |
