Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.

I loved the location. I did not like the fact that you had to pay extra for use of the indoor pool considering it was an a/i deal. The gym facillities were very poor. |

Reception lounge was charming!!! Lots of light and an amazing vieuw!! Our room was great and food was Excellent!!! You have to be early to winn a Sunumbrella...advise: try to solve this next season it is very enoying and frustrated. |

What did I like about the Cala Vinas - in a word, everything. The rooms are spacious and clean. Facilities are good and location is superb. Views from the rooms are stunning. The bright lights of Magaluf are a mere 15 minutes walk away or 5 minutes by taxi ( which isn't expensive - and there is ALWAYS at least one outside the hotel.). Food is good with plenty of choice so expect to put on a few pounds. If you like sausages with your breakfast they have proper English ones ( Tasted like Walls to me ). We stayed half board and there are some good little Bistro's and bars within 50m for a snack during the day. We are just home and thinking of re-booking for next year. I didn't see the apartments but I had read reviews before we left and I was hoping we weren't in them. When we were checking in a young couple were at reception saying that they would not stay in them and that they had been led to believe that they were staying in a 4 star hotel, so get confirmation before you book that youare in main hotel. The area between Cala Vinas and Magaluf is hilly and so not suitable the elderly or infirm. |

Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the sea At the beginning we got a very ugly room - dark, damp, stinking, with the view of the ugly wall instead of the sea, which effectively broked us the beginning of holidays and first impression regarding the hotel. After the intervention we got normal room but only from the next day. Deep pool with a small area for children. Not enough sunbeds at the pool. |

The location is ok. The quality of the food is good. The parking supposed to be free (see the page in booking.com) but they charged 10 euro/5 days . |

Nice location, very good restaurant, hotel spotlessly clean, well managed, good car park facility, brilliant entertainment team. Gym not up to a 4 star standard, needs better equipment. |

the hotel is in a very quiet position. free wine and water at dinner time. the lifts being heard most of the evening then early morning ! up and down, up and down, when i asked for a room change, they offered me one on the bottom/underground floor, when i had previously asked for a quiet room at the top ! so why would i want to be down there ! |

1. Food was fantastic, every day again. 2. Lovely quiet location, stunning views 1. Gym was very very old, broken and extremely dangerous 2. Staff was friendly and relaxed, but a bit "too relaxed" and often reluctant to give good service. 3. Many things were broken in the hotel (almost no TV channels) and there was construction work going on all over the place without any apology or warning to the guests. |

Good and varied food (in particular dinners), nice indoor swimming pool, beautiful view from the balcony, hotel location (in nice calm area, yet 20 minutes walk to Magaluf) next to the sea shore. Slippery tennis court ground, expensive and not varied beer in a hotel bar, monotony of hotel guests (old German pensioners) |

The sea views were superb and the staff great - the bar man in paritcular. It's a lovely hotel in places. Parts - our bed in particular - could've been modernised. It seemed old and creaky. Also, the food, while plentiful and excellent in places, was poor in others - especially when left out. But a good and varied spread if you got there early enough. |

every thing was much more enjoyable because of the price i paid. bearing in mind it was november,and other places were closed,also due to storms the pool area was closed.but we cannot blame the hotel for this. |

La situación del hotel es muy buena, aunque no teniamos una habitación con buenas vistas. La comida era variada y buena. El spa no estaba sobreocupado, supongo que al tener que pagar un suplemento (algo de lo que se deberia informar al hacer la reserva). La habitación no correspondia a un hotel de 4 estrellas, dejaba mucho que desear. Baño muy pequeño y con limpieza peor de la deseada. Tampoco me gustó tener que dejar habitación a las 11, cuando en la web ponia a las 12. Mucho ruido de maquinaria durante toda la noche, como si tuvieramos la lavadora en marcha al lado de la cama. |

la situación del hotel está muy bien, las vistas desde la habitación son muy bonitas. La habitación era grande y espaciosa. la limpieza de la habitación bastante deficiente, el desayuno no era nada variado, siempre ponian lo mismo, no calificaria al hotel de 4 estrellas, más bien 3 estrellas |
