The location was great. You can reach every where either by walking or by metro. The people were very helpful. Interior design is also great...! I highly recommend. |

Friendly and helpful staff, great location. The free bottled water was a big plus. The rooms were light and bright, comfortable beds and a lovely little balcony. The pool was a little small, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room was a little disappointing.Getting stuck in the lift was not fun! Luckily it broke down as it reached the ground floor so our banging for help was heard by the reception staff and we were rescued very quickly. That did put us off using the lift and having to climb up to the 4th floor (and sometimes the 6th floor for the pool!) in an un-airconditioned stairwell was a little tiresome. |

The hotel had paper thin walls making it very difficult to sleep. On all of the three nights I was woken up by noise outside the room. The mattresses were hard and the bedding was minimal. I was expecting the quality of the hotel to be a lot higher for the price we paid for the room. |

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There's free mineral water available! During the weekend, it can be very noisy all night long. The rooms are not so well isolated. |

Fantastic location to walk around Barcelona. Parking is a little inconvenient, with a lot down the street. Due to the location on a very narrow street you can not even drive to the front door with car or taxi to unload luggage. |

I liked the layout of the room and that the lighting was good for reading. The colours were good and the bathroom fittings were great. I particularly liked that there was lots of drinking water easily available because I always drink a lot! I also thought that the roof terrace was a special feature that would be lovely in summer. The beds are quite hard! |

Excellent location within walking distance to all the major sights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. The walls of the hotel are thin. You can hear a lot of street noise, especially on weekend nights. Also noise from the hallways seeps in. |

The room was on the 5th floor therefore I didn't hear noise from the street as many people report and I found it a perfect location for my trips around the town (a few meters from Montcada Street and Picasso Museum, just 300m from Metro Jaume I). Many maps and brochures are available at the Reception. Hotel looks new and is very clean and comfortable. Heating was perfect both in room and bathroom. Room is basic: no shelves and no drawers to put clothes into. There is only a wardrobe to hang clothes but nowhere to put your socks, folded T-shirts and jumpers, as the only shelf available is occupied by a folded blanket (so clothes stayed inside the suitcase). |

The location was excellent and the staff were helpful and good English speakers. The free bottles of water was really lovely and a super extra touch you do not get in other hotels. We did have a problem with our power supply - the card you have to put in the wall as you enter to get electricity did not work several times and when the staff came up it did after a couple of attempts. Once they left it went off again, and this happened a lot. |

We liked the hotel and really enjoyed our stay. There's also a busy and nice cafe called Princessa 23 right beside it. One piece of constructive criticism is that the bed could have been more comfortable. |
