довольно своеобразный отель, темные переходы к номерам, множество внутренних двориков в номерах невероятная слышимость, если окна вашего номера выходят туда, где по утрам ходят постояльцы и персонал, спать невозможно. Старый телефизор с неработающим пультом, который несмотря на то что обращались 4 раза так и не поменяли на работающий. В номерах на 1 этаже сыро. и еще некоторая тсранность - при входе в отель отсутствует вывеска... |

The hotel is amazing - several separate buildings all linked with beautiful courtyards and well-decorated tunnels. Our room had its own veranda on the roof-top where we had a sunset happy hour. The roof-top pool was nice, too. Excellent location for shortwalks to cathedral, fortress, beautiful gardens.The staff was very helpful and understood English well. I'd definitelystay there again. |

Quirky hotel, pretty and full of character. Lucky to have a suite which was lovely overlooking a delightful court yard. Loved the piano bar especially the happy hour between 6 and 7pm ! |

Very interesting warren of old buildings comprise the hotel. Many inviting places to sit and read or nap. Very nice small pool and chairs on the roof for a refreshing dip on a hot day. Very good bathroom with plenty of room and good water pressure. Excellent breakfast. |

Smiling helpful staff, wonderful atmosphere of its patios in busy Seville, and a pool too - all in a very good position for cultural exploration of Seville and its shops and bars. |

This was an exceptional hotel. The conversion of an historical building to a hotel was done in a very unique way that made the hotel very interesting. |

Hotel is an interesting collection of houses spread out over several blocks, and all connected by an underground maze of passageways. There are several courtyards with gardens at the ground level which were very nice. I never made it up to the pool to comment on that. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to assist in any way possible. Our room was in need of a little maintainence, the carpet was worn and the room smelled musty and moldy and then we saw mold growing on some of the artwork in our sitting area of the room. The dead bolt lock for the door would not lock, I did tell the front desk and they said someone would look at it, I don´t know if they did as it never worked, but other than that it was fine, |

Great hotel , really beautiful with delightful open patios leading to the different sections of accomodation. The rooftop pool was great to come back to after a day of sightseeing. |

Very quirky and very original. Good pool on roof top. Signs to find it very poor. Why not signs in the hotel to help find way around. |

Beautiful hotel; excellent Piano Bar area to cool down and relax in the evening; very central location in Old Seville, really quite perfect Piano Bar got very busy during Happy hour, so get in early |

Proximity to the city and ease of access to tourist sights in Seville. Staff were very helpful, pool was good and rooms were quiet. We requested a double room (I assumed this was a double bed) and arrived to be taken to a room with twin beds. If we needed to specify this further there should be a place on the booking request form.A little disappointing that the pool closes early ( 2000hrs). Spa staff could have been a little more helpful. |

What an interesting hotel- very beautiful in the Moorish style, fantastic bathrooms. Wonderful breakfast, very helpful staff and a great location where you can walk to everything A little hard to get to and find if you are driving but they parked our car for us. The pool cold have been cleaner but it was very windy when we got there |

The hotel has a lot of character, we loved the little tunnels to the rooms. The staff was really nice and helpful. We had a superior double room and it was really spacious. The piano bar is a really nice touch, and the location of the hotel is great. The hotel could do with some refurbishment - the bed's springs were making sounds every time you turned, the carpet and furniture are old and musty. The noise can be a problem, as you can hear very loudly the showers in the other rooms, especially at night. |

Fantastic location in the city old quarter, a maze of patios and fountains. Enchanting hotel, nice staff and very helpful. Hard to find but parking nearby; Hard beds, and some rooms noisy. |

A wonderful setting featuring old world charm and a perfect location to explore Sevilla from. Amazing courtyards filled with flowers, multiple passageways between buildings (the underground passageway was very nice!) and a fine restaurant with excellent service made our stay exceptional. The rooftop pool was wonderful. The only minus here was that the staff would not make reservations for us on the high speed train to Barcelona and it is very difficult to do so online or over the phone if you are from overseas, they only take American Express, so we ended up having to go to the station to get our tickets, no big deal. |
