The hotel location is very good: close to the sea, to the port, to bus and taxi stops. The cost is very low. It is noisy. |

1. Friendly staff 2. Had to check out before 12, however hotel has its luggage room where you can leave ur luggage if ur flight is in the evening 3. Hotel is very close to the beach and all local bars 4 .lidl is just 5 minutes away, so no need to pay for breakfast in hotel and our room had small kitchen with fridge, plates, forks, knives&spoons and even small cooker. Noisy (we could hear our neighbours very good), balcony was facing busy street with bars. Room small and it was very hot as well. Bathroom not very wellcoming and we even saw big bug behind the toilet one evening. Anyway, this is quite good value for money after all pros and cons as its cheap. |

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, Schöne Blick von Zimmer (7.Stöck), Kochecke sehr praktisch, Gute Preis. Es ist nicht nötig die Handtücher jeden Tag zu wechseln. Ich habe meine Handtucher nicht am Boden gelegen aber die waren trotzdem gewaschen. Energie, Wasser und Kraft verschwenderisch. |

Staff molto gentile...buona posizione...come tutti gli altri aberghi della zona.. Molto molto trascurato,pulizia carente...sembra sia una catena di aberghi nella zona non so' come saranno gli altri...al check-in la mia prenotazione nn c'era...è stata rintracciata e trovata.. |

La ubicación (a 15 minutos caminando del centro pero al lado de varias playas) y el precio. Es un poco viejo. La piscina es una bañera en la azotea. |

Lo que mas me gusto fue la ubicacion, ya que estaba a 50 metros de la playa Figueretes, desde donde sale el barco a formentera. Y no muy lejos de la zona del puerto (15,- 20 min. andando) Por el precio podrian incluir el desayuno. |

La ubicación es buena, cerca de la ciudad y al lado de la playa, aunque en la calle donde esta situado el hotel hay varios locales de showgirls, es tranquila. Las instalaciones estan un poco defectuosas y las tuberías hacen mucho ruido. |

El hotel es decente teniendo en cuenta el precio. Si uno necesita el hotel para dormir no hace falta más. La mayoria de los huespedes únicamente viene a Ibiza de fiesta, mucho ruido. |

La comodidad que ofrecen las habitaciones, el servicio, la ubicación casi céntrica. Debería fomentarse un ambiente más tranquilo a partir de la medianoche por parte de muchos clientes, pues muchos no son muy respetuosos con la gente que se halla en otras habitaciones intentando dormir o descansar. |

Vessa toimi .Huoneessa televisio. Todella tunkkainen homeen hajuinen ilma. Vaihdoimme kerran huonetta huonon homeelta haisevan ilman vuoksi, uudessa huoneessa sama haju. Todella epämiellyttävä ja pieni huone. |

Ubicación Muy mal, habitaciones muy viejas y muy pequeñas, las camas de muelles que se te clavan en la espalda.Ascensor que tarda bastante y si te ponen en una 7ªplanta.... No se puede dormir, muchos ruidos en general y a las 7 de la mañana ruidos como de lavadoras continuo. Limpio pero por la noche había cucarachas por los pasillos y a saber dónde más, lo mejor era ni mirar! En resumen,muy mal!Y encima bastante caro para lo que es!No llega ni a la categoria de mala pensión. |

La proximité de la plage, La peinture du plafond qui nous tombe sur la tête, la moisissure dans la chambre due a la salle de bain mal aérée, le fait que l'on aie payé un studio pour 3 personnes et au final on s'est retrouvé dans un studio pour couple avec une couche enfants supplémentaire....le prix ne correspond pas a la réservation. L'eau froide manque sous la douche, pour décourager les gens d'en prendre trop souvent, et pour faire la vaisselle il n'y a pas d'eau chaude,,,une façon de faire des économies qui ne sont pas agréables......De plus l'hôtel se vante d'avoir l'air conditionné dans tout les studios mais ils oublient d'indiquer dans leur pub qu'il faut faire un dépôt de 60 Euros pour qu'elle fonctionne......pas net la pub. très déçus de l'hôtel..... |
