Room was very clean, modern and very comfortable. Staff were good. We did not eat in the restaurant but it looked sterile and lacked atmosphere. It is some way from the old city so you will have to drive or catch the half hourly bus which leaves from just outside the front door. If you are visiting for sightseeing and you can put up with this it is very good value for money. |

Functional hotel to be used in conjunction for a tourist visit to Cuenca. Easy on site free parking and there is a commercial centre within a very short walking distance , where you have something the hotel does not offer, ie restaurant and cafeteria facilities. |

La atención del personal,al público.-No me ha gustado la distancia entre el hotel y el casco antiguo.-Deben de explicarlo con más detalles en Internet.- Que como ustedes dicen,que está en el centro del casco moderno,tampoco es verdad.-Hay que predicar con el ejemplo y ser más honestos en estos comentarios Muy separado de la ciudad,casco antiguo y moderno. |

Se trata de un hotel nuevo, cómodo, cuidado y limpio. Habitación y Baño; perfecto. Estacionamiento gratuito. El detalle de disponer del minibar de las habitaciones, agua y refresco gratis. Está un poco retirado, es decir, casi al final de la ciudad, a unos 10 minutos (en coche) del centro histórico de la ciudad. |

Holtel moderno facilmente raggiungibile se si arriva in auto Interni molto curati e eleganti. Lontano dal centro storico di Cuenca. L?esterno non è entusiasmante e inoltre è situato tra un distributore di benzina e il McDonald's. |

La tranquilidad del hotel por una buena insonorizacióny la facilidad para aparcar en la misma puerta. Publicitan ofertas en folletos que encuentras en la habitación y el ascensor (caso de un 50% de descuento sobre el precio del desayuno en otoño) que luego no aplica, ni explican porqué. |

Es bastante nuevo y funcional. El precio del desayuno es muy caro: 10€ y está muy alejado del centro. |

Como todos los AC es un hotel más bien confortable, de diseño y absolutamente impersonal El gimnasio y el baño turco tenía lo mínimo posible. El desayuno muy caro y las ofertas de desayuno al 50% por supuesto agotadas. |

Que es un AC y por lo tanto sabes lo que te vas a encontrar Está demasiado cerca de una gasolinera y de un restaurante de comida rápida, lo que puede ser una ventaja pero también un inconveniente |

Es un hotel que tiene lo necesario y justo para pernoctar, en la misma línea que el resto de hoteles AC que conozco en España, con un diseño moderno. Las ventanas de la habitación no están limpias y da una imagen que no corresponde con el resto del hotel y de la habitación. |

El diseño. Sabes lo que te encuentras dentro de un ac siempre. Pusimos que necesitábamos silencio y nos colocaron en una habitación al lado de los ascensores, que tienen una musiquita que no te deja dormir. Parece que lo hacen a mala leche. |
