Aardig personeel bij ontbijt en receptie. Ontbijt voor 4* hotel matig. Slechte koffie en jus. Kamer is ook niet echt 4*. Zelf bed opmaken bij aankomst en balkonmeubels zelf buiten zetten. |

l'hôtel est à l'écart des zone très fréquentée donc c'est calme. Le village de Cruz Santa est sur les pentes du Teide : la vue est superbe L'hôtel n'est pas très facile à trouver. La nourriture est bof. |

La Spa è davvero speciale, la struttura alberghiera è recente ed ottimamente tenuta. Molto bello e tranquillo il sito. La prima colazione, anche sa varia e con molti prodotti freschi e ben preparati, non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative. |

limpio ,tranquilo,incluyeron en el precio sesion de spa de dos horas,el personal muy atento el desayuno es de mala calidad.El cafe imbebible,si pides un cafe normal,te lo cobran aparte, en las habitaciones se oye el ruido del pasillo, |

Eher ruhig in Hanglage, aber etwas abseits. Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt notwendig. Zimmer sauber und ausreichend gross. |
