Понравилась чистота, технические приспособления, уровень обслуживания и уровень знания английского языка. Приняли сразу как самых дорогих гостей! Спасибо Иоланде! Единственное, что хотелось бы добавить: следить за наличием зубной пасты в номере, а в остальном - все замечательно! |

The shower was about the only thing I would say I enjoyed. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, Was a lot of noise from the main road all night even with window closed and shutter down. Room was very small for 2 people, it was lucky it was only 1 night and we did not have much luggage with us. Found staff to be rude and did not get a single smile, hello or thank you from any of the staff!! |

en recepcion nos han tratado bastante bien. la habitación esta limpia y correcta. a 20min andando del bernabeu que es a lo que veniamos. el precio del parking 10 euros me parecio muy economico (un pelin dificil ya que es un ascensor pero nada que no se resuelva con unas cuantas maniobras) las habitaciones no estan mal; necesitan alguna mejora como pintura, silicona blanca en las junta de la ducha. |

Lo peor la encimera del lavabo, obstaculiza y molesta mucho y al final siempre te acabas dando un golpe, con una pequeña reforma quedaría muy bien |

Situation prôche de toutes commodités. Chambres très confortables et bien équipées avec une propreté exemplaire/ Sur le site internet de madrid la situation de l'hôtel est fausse. Prière de bien vouloir la faire rectifier, ce qui évitera de sortir d'une station de metro très éloignée de l'hôtel... Nous avons signalé celà à la direction de l'hôtel qui était au courant de cet inconvénient.Par ailleurs il serait très intéressant pour les clients arrivant à l'aéroport de Madrid, de connaître les différentes lignes de metro à emprunter et la station d'arrivée : ces précisions seraient les bienvenues si figurant sur les caractéristiques de l'hôtel puerta europa. |

La proximidad de lineas de metro. El parking es muy estrecho.Tienes que entrar marcha atrá para entrar al ascensor que te baja a las 2 plantas y poco espacio para maniobrar. |

Las instalaciones estaban nuevas y reformadas. Buena calidad de infraestructuras. No había servicio de comidas ni desayuno incluido en la tarifa de la habitación, que me pareció un poco cara. |

- Proximité métro et aéroport, ligne directe pour Sol et le bar à côté pour le petit déj à 3 euros! Un peu loin de castilla la mancha et le quartier n'est pas très vivant coin des tours et des bureaux! |

Muy bien situado, junto a acceso a metro y en un entorno bastante tranquilo, con servicios de hosteleria económicos muy próximos.me he hospedado en otras ocasiones por motivos profesionales por estar al lado de los juzgados, y ahora lo he hecho por tener muy cómodo y cercano acceso en metro hasta el aeropuerto. Correcta la relación calidad precio (en agosto he pagado 40 euros por él menos que en otras estancias) |
