Spacious well presented room. Member of staff on desk was friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel itself was easy to find a short walk from the Metro. Quick and easy to get to the hotel on the Metro from the airport and then even quicker to get into the city centre from the hotel. Not too noisy although on a main road. I have no major complaint but think my experiece would have been even better if the following had also been provided in the room: the restaurant's menu's and tea and coffee making facilities (a standard provision in Australia - but I realise that isn't the case internationally) |

The best in the hotel is the easy access to the airport by car, the easy access to the underground and the excellent breakfast. English breakfast in bedroom could be improved. It is far from the one in the restaurant. There is no internet access for short periods of time, only a 45 minutes slot costing 5 €. It's too much just for looking an email, for example. |

Soy cliente habitual de este hotel, siempre me he sentido muy confortable, esta muy bien situado, las instalaciones son magnificas... Las camas son un poco duras, aunque reconozco que hay diferentes preferencias. |

Il s'agit de mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Le fait que le personnel de la réception ne parle pas français est gênant. |

La tranquilidad del hotel y lo bien ubicado que estaba para las visitas que yo debía realizar. Fallos en el contro remoto del tv; indisponibilidad de los sillones del bar la 1ª noche por cuestiones de limpieza; imposibilidad de dejar la habitación algo más tarde de las 12h... |

Su ubicación, habitaciones amplias, y cuarto de baño bastante digno. El personal del hotel estuvo muy correcto. En la habitación hacía bastante frío, y no debía funcionar muy bien el termostato porque lo cambiamos varias veces y no cambió nuestra sensación. |

La zona en la que se encuentra, bien comunicada y junto a la parada del Metro. La facilidad de ocupar la habitación a las 10 de la mañana, cuando pensábamos dejar la maleta en consigna. Es un buen hotel. Nos encontramos el cuarto de baño con la papelera llena del cliente anterior, un jabón usado y un cristal considerable en el suelo. |

Me ha gustado todo: personal, habitaciones, limpieza, baño con todos los complementos (¡por fin!, que en otros hoteles de la misma categoría como se te olvide el cepillo de dientes hay que pedirlo ¡y es un marrón!), parking exterior (la mitad de precio que el otro) e interior, etc. Todo genial. |

El hotel es nuevo y está muy bien, las habitaciones modernas y amplias. Relación precio-calidad, bueno Está un poco apartado del centro. Pero compensa lo bien que está el hotel |

Como no había libre ninguna habitación de la categoría que elegimos nos dieron una suite en el ático con unas vistas maravillosas sobre la ciudad. También es muy buena la ubicación por lo bien comunicado que queda gracias a la parada de metro justo en la puerta. El desayuno caro en relación calidad/precio |

Aunque el hotel en general tenía un aspecto muy bueno, lo mejor fue que al quedarse sin habitaciones dobles nos alojaron en una suite, con una terraza desde la que veía todo Madrid. Lo demás en general absolutamente correcto |

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, decoración correcta y la relación calidad precio (75 euros/hab doble) es bastante buena. Estaba en la planta 11 y era muy silenciosa y tranquila, cosa que se agradece. Los colchones hacían algo de ruido... pero no encontré nada realmente negativo a destacar. |

Nunca falla. En mi opinión es el hotel de Madrid con el mejor mix ubicación-calidad-precio-servicio. Estoy muchas noches al año, y contesto a estos cuestionarios pocas veces porque temo que suban el precio...Es mi base ideal de trabajo en Madrid. |

Ubicación relativamente centrica. Bien comunicado. Posibilidad de aparcar en los alrededores. La habitación amplia y muy confortable. Buen desayuno. Parada de metro al lado mismo del hotel. |

La limpieza de sus habitaciones, amplitud de las mismas Lejos del centro, para de metro en la puerta de hotel pero con una sóla línea, la otra parada estaba a 500 metros del hotel |
