В случае аннуляции позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается 100% от стоимости первой ночи проживания
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается EUR 20,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных не допускается.
Группы
При бронировании свыше 5 номеров может применяться отличный от стандартного порядок оформления заказа, а также взиматься дополнительная плата .

Важно - это центр города, наличие кондиционера. До Гранд Виа недалеко, вокруг улочки с магазинчиками разного уровня, в том числе продовольственные. Каждый день убирают номер, даже помыли забытую посуду, но пол не мыли. Недостаточность оснащения кухни (даже ножа не было и чайника). |

Отель расположен в самом центре города очень близко к метро.Путешествовать по городу очень удобно на метро.В номере есть мини-кухня, что удобно при размещении с ребенком. Не хватало электрического чайника.Слышно все, что происходит в соседнем номере. |

Amaizing food market just near by. If you lucky - you can have nice stay, but if you have noisy people in next room - you can not to sleep at night at all. The walls are too thin. Also in front desk the clerk didn't want to call to taxi . He lied me about taxi strike and charge 40 Euro for "special servis" to get to airport. So, it wasn't any strike! Be carefully! |

Proximity to a Metro and the cental location As an aparthotel the facilities were primitive. One chair. No table. No microwave. No toaster. No kettle. Cutlery consisted of one teaspoon and two knives, forks and spoons. Not even a bread knife. The hot plate blew off the fuse twice for no reason. |

The location. Tribunal metro station very near. The noise. It was awful!!! I never saw such kind of impolite people. It seems like most of the people using that hotel are convinced that they own it! On my first night I have been awaken by some people using the upstairs room, at 03:00AM. Then at 04:00AM other people got into another room and it seemed like they where speaking with friends on the other side of the world! I could not sleep until 05:30AM and at 07:00AM... I had to go to work! I then asked the concierge to put me in another room, which he did, but after 09:00PM and until at least 11:00PM (time when I decided to use some plugs into my hears) the people from next door were doing again so much noise, that it was impossible to relax. I have never seen nothing like this. |

The location is very handy - metres from the Tribunal metro station (lines 1 and 10, serving both main train stations) and a reasonable walking distance from most main sights. The area seems generally safe but is not particularly pleasant (e.g. lots of graffiti). Our apartment was a good size and very clean. The wifi was pretty hopeless - it didn't work at all about half of the time (we were on the 3rd floor) and it was slow even when it did work. The stove in our apartment regularly caused all the power/lights to go off, so we had to keep a torch handy while cooking dinner! There was a fair bit of noise from other apartments and from outside. Overall, though, you wouldn't expect it to be perfect for the price we paid in a central location. |

the position of the hotel was great, just in the city centre, good price the hotel staff has really poor English (if we can call it English), the hotel was old, the furniture and room equipment is used up and look different from the pictures on the web site, the internet was working properly only in the very morning, |

perfect location for sightseeings, good value for money, the rooms has all necessary facilities for a short stay in Madrid, staff was friendly furniture is really old and worn out, bath was not usable for lack of tap and broken shower; room and bath room was not really clean |

Helpful staff on reception.The sheets were clean. The hotel is in a dreadful area - all graffiti and people sleeping rough in doorways. Given that there is nowhere to eat in the hotel, you need to be well prepared on arrival with food as it is not a good place to go out to shop! The facilities in the room for cooking are minimal and the "kettle" took about an hour to warm up and never did boil water. The bathroom was not clean and the whole place is shabby and run down. Whilst the sheets were clean, the blankets and bedspread were suspect to say the least. |

it was clean, good located and frendly. We liked it. Our room was different compairing with the photo we've seen at booking.com, during the reservation. We were reserving room for 3 persons, at the photo we saw 2 rooms or at least something was separating matrimonial bed from the third one. But it was different |

The location is great!!!!! Very close to the metro, people walk around the area around the clock, happening area in walking distance. The room was cleaned every day, although if you stay many days, you should pay attention in not getting the floor dirty, as the maids are not using the broom. The rooms overlooking behind (not on the street) are quite, but the walls are extremely thin, you can hear almost everything happening in the neighboring rooms and if you stay there for many days this can become annoying. |
