При размещении одного ребёнка младше 2 лет на детской кровати проживание ему предоставляется бесплатно .
Максимальная вместимость детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Депозит
100 процентов от стоимости первой ночи проживания взимается в день бронирования и подлежит возмещению.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных не допускается.

2 duplex grand suites for up to 2 guests, equipped with a large living area with one sofa and dining table, a work area with bureau and a bedroom with a king-size bed on the upper floor.

Fantastic Hotel. The quadruple room was large and the sofa bed was already made up for our family when we arrived. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke English very well. The breakfast was very good. Not really a negative since we knew this when booking but the hotel is far from downtown. However, the subway stop is only a 5 minute walk away. |

very pleasant stay, we did not have anything to complain about. ( maybe a little distance from the city centre but easy to get there by metro), but definitely would recommend this Hotel!! |

I liked the design, the spaciousness of the suites and the decor, amazing! maybe tic far from the 100's pensions in the city center but, c'mon the tube is 350 mts away and runs till 2 am, so no bounce, no play! For the rate anc the politeness of the staff and for the swimming pool on the terrace me and my other half had a great stay! |

Nice, clean and modern. Had a rooftop pool, although very small, was nice to enjoy the sun. Bathroom was quite small and squishy. Had to walk uphill to reach the metro. |

The hotel was extra clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We were pleased with the proximity to the Metro. The pool was nice. We are a family of 5 & have frequently had trouble finding one hotel room for all of us. This hotel is fantastic for families. We would absolutely stay again. Nearly everything was great. However, the pool towel deposit was high. I have never had to leave a deposit on a pool towel before. With a family of 5, it was more cash than we had on hand.The hotel guide stated that there were international newspapers available, but there were not. This was a wonderful hotel, though. |

The room (404--top floor next to the stairway) was quiet, beds quite comfortable, thermostat totally adjustable, very nice armoire, fantastic Wifi, great microwave and fridge with a tiny freezer (although mini-bar contents were a bit of an inconvenience, since we preferred the price of our own food). 1) As others have mentioned, the shower is rather difficult because it has only a half door and no curtain. Unless you hold the removable head and use it as a hand shower, it is hard to keep the water contained. The bathroom wall showed signs of that problem. 2) An alarm clock with a lighted dial would be very useful. |

Close to Metro. Nice guest patio area. Staff super friendly and helpful. The pool was not open the end of May because it was not "summer" yet. The bathroom was pretty small and the shower had a 1/2 wall so water got all over the place. |

Lo que mas me gusto del hotel fue que al final llegó la hora de salir de él... Cuidadin con las habitaciones!! Yo reservé una habitación triple y sabéis que fue lo que me dieron?? Pues una habitación con una cama de matrimonio y un sofá con un colchón con un espesor de 10 cm. Y la ventana estaba a nivel de calle y no podíamos abrir las cortinas porque todo el mundo que pasaba por la calle nos veía!!!! Increíble!!! Y menos mal que son suites 4 estrellas. He estado en mejores pensiones. |

Que pueden "dormir" hasta cuatro adultos y dos niños en una habitación suite duplex. El personal es muy amable. Se puede aparcar fácil en la puerta del hotel. El baño es muy, muy pequeño.El sofá cama es para niños que pesen poco. Si los que habitan la parte de arriba de la habitación se mueven, el ruido que se escucha abajo es superlativo. También tuvimos un ruido en la habitación durante toda la noche proviniente de los pasillos bastante molesto |

He usado el hotel como escala, de paso a pamplona y solo he dormido una noche sin hacer uso de los servicios del hotel, pero me parece muy apañado, con una habitación muy amplia para dos personas tipo estudio ( zona de estar, microondas, minibar, cafetera nesspreso ) a un precio bastante ajustado. Muy bien. |

La facilidad de aparcamiento cerca del hotel. La limpieza de la habitación. La cafetería para los desayunos muy pequeña, todas las mañanas había que esperar turno, y sobre todo muy escasa de personal. |
