Просторный одноместный номер, чисто. Отель расположен недалеко от станций метро двух разных линий, одну из которых можно назвать центральной проходящей к основным достопримечательностям, вторая линия напрямую связана с вокзалом Chamartin (две остановки). Рядом с отелем много ресторанов и кафе, магазинов, в том числе несколько торговых центров. |

Хорошее расположение, мне удобно было добираться до зала, Palacio de Conresses, где проходила моя конференция. Очень скудный выбор блюд на завтрак, что не соответствовало цене завтрака. |

It is great value for money if you need to be near teh business district in Madrid. The room was good clean and despite its age well maintained, because of the old construction you easily hear noices from next door but if that does not bother you it is fine. They should give the lobby and elevators a facelift and put in some new furniture which will give it a whole new look. |

the "non-smoking" room had 2 ashtrays.... need i say more. the bed was as hard too hard, i may as well have slept on the floor. |

Good location (near to business area, and direct underground to city center). Very affordable price for the double room. Breakfast not included and pretty expensive. Furniture a bit old for a 4 star hotel... but still ok, given the room price. |

Central location, close to Madrid's business quaters, with good neighbourhood and great restaurants (all price levels) withinb walking distance. Room size very comfortable and staff very accommodating. |

Location was good, close to the metro that went directly to the city centre. Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms basic but had all you need for a comfortable sleep. Quite noisy first thing in the morning with staff in corridors not attempting to lower their voices. |

The location of hotel. Very uncomfortable night due to noisy mechanism of the elevator. Hotel staff accepted this but did not make any concessions in any way to compensate the discomfort. |

location and price certainly not four stars. old and in need of refurb unless aiming for a budget market.little things like the TV reception was distorted and there was no iron.... reminded me of the leaner and older tmes. this is 2008. |
