Отличное расположение отеля - центр, до многих достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, рядом станция метро, также вокруг много магазинов. Отель для 3 звезд очень приличный: достаточно большие номера и ванная комната (душ.кабина, две раковины). Чисто. Симпатичный дизайн ресепшн. Стандартный завтрак: мюсли, омлет, сосиски, бекон, нарезки сыров-колбас,йогурты, выпечка, фрукты. Приветливый персонал |

Хороший номер, достаточно чистый. Удобное месторасположение. Немного шумно, но при закрытых окнах терпимо. кондиционер работает. Соотношение цены и качества более, чем удовлетворитьельное. Разнообразить завтрак |

Небольшой отель в самом центре Мадрида. Очень удобно расположен между тремя станциями метро, при этом близко к каждой из станций. Отель находится рядом с Гран Вия, где распологается огромное количествао магазинов, кафе и тд. Хотя отель распологается в центре, он находится в тихом переулке. Очень приятный персонал, неплохой небольшой номер. Для 3-х звездочного отеля неплохой завтрак. Мы были в конце сентября, и в номере было довольно прохладно. Хотя в номере был кондиционер на обогрев, но им нельзя было воспользоваться - отель включает его только тогда, когда наступают холода. |

Accessible et position centrale, personnel aimable et accueillant. Receptionniste comprehensif après vol de portefeuille dans le métro. Petit-Dej trés correct. Great hotel, central location, at walking distance of every point of interest, perfect for shopping. Great Breakfast. Madrid metro is not that safe for your wallet. Make sure that your wallet is not accessible too easily (I was not the only "victim" on that day in the police office). Keep separate your cash and ID or passport. Divide your cash in 2 or 3 parts and arrange it separately. |

This was my second time in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere cozy and the location just perfect. For a three star hotel I think it satisfies all expectations. |

It is located in the heart of Madrid. Unbeatable location. And in a safe area. Actually I would prefer a better room, the window was at the back part of the hotel without any view. But anyway it was not a problem. |

Convenient & central for all sights, staff very helpful, Good choice for breakfast & the bar & resturant great to visit after long but enjoyable day in Madrid. Would come back & recommend. |

Location and free internet. That's it... The room was *tiny*. The air conditioning was terrible. Breakfast was lame. I think they are charging way too much for the quality. |

Nice hotel, fantastic location. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, they kept the buffet topped up right to when it closed at 10.30am Small TVs in the room with only about 20 channels. |

Terrific location close to the centre of Madrid, (Gran Via, Puerta del Sol etc) very close to a metro station & also the bonus of being in a relatively quiet side street. Was asked if I wanted a quiet room when checking in which was great, heard no real street noise during the night. Room was very clean and comfortable, bathroom big and shower excellent. Breakfasts were good with choice of continental style and hot food if preferred. Didn't have dinner in the hotel itself although the menu looked good. Also didn't spend much time in the hotel as was only there for a weekend so can't comment much on services although the staff were helpful and professional. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend a few days in Madrid. |
