Очень приятный отель, вкусные, разнообразные завтраки, ну и гуд локейшен!

Номера маленькие, но с этим в Испании везде так.

Отличное месторасположение: на тихой улочке между Sol и Gran Via. Метро рядом, достопримечательности в пешей доступности, супермаркет недалеко в El Corte Ingles. Завтраки просто королевские.

Неплохо бы, чтобы персонал повнимательнее относился к своей работе: с нас взяли 1 евро за воду из холодильника в номере, хотя мы не пользовались холодильником вообще. Ругаться за один евро не стали - но остался неприятный осадок. Платный интернет в отеле такой категории - фи, жмоты. :)

В 10 метрах от входа в отель распологается вход в ночной клуб, в пятницу, субботу и дни перед выходными постояльцы, чьи окна выходят на улицу могут забыть о спокойном сне

Good location up side street near the sol metro and walking distance of all the main museums/ plaza major and palace. Excellent room, - clean linen everyday. Excellent breakfast and pleasant dining room. Try the Finca de Susana restaurant for excellent evening meal - no need to book but get there early to get a table - or museum de jamon upstairs for a different experience .

Hotel staff incredibly impolite and arrogant - they would walk away from you just as you started talking to them without any excuse (it happened twice from 3 attempts in 2 days); cleaning staff left a mess in our room without cleaning; poor breakfast; shabby furniture; take care when touching anything in the bathroom, as it can fall apart any time - not at all a 4 star hotel - 2 stars at the most. Avoid this hotel even if it is the last one available in Madrid!

Walking proximity to all shopping

Bit of ghost ship. Room was overheated; thermostat didn't work; couldn't turn down heat. Windows constructed not to open. Hotel didn't have simple prong adapter to either to borrow or to buy to plug in computer, etc.

Location is pretty good although the rooms are incredibly small with a very poor ventillation. The reception guys did not speak much English apart from one girl (we were lucky to have been checking in during her shift). In fact hotel is not 4 stars but rather 3, so do not expect much if choosing it

Very good location, right in the center of the city. Nice and helpful personnel. Good choice at breakfast. Very clean rooms and bathrooms.

If you plan to stay at this hotel (which is worthwile) try to do all your best and not to occupy a room on the 5th floor - for the ceilings of these rooms are so low that it's real dangerous to stay there, I almost smashed my forehead off. No kidding!

Staff very helpfull and courteous. Food very good.

Bathroom needed refurbishment. No sink plug. Shower water temperature control did not work very well. Water went from medium to too hot during use. Room appeared to have a small leak from above.
