При размещении одного ребёнка младше 12 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание ему предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается EUR 48,15 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных допускается по предварительному запросу. Дополнительная плата не взимается.

Очень удобно расположен. Большой номер и красивый вид из окна. Отличный завтрак. Плохая шумоизоляция, неудачный бассейн(расположение), куда пускают только в шапочках, которые к нашему приезду закончились |

The hotel was near the metro station and the city centre. I liked the decoration and the comfort in the room. I highly recommend it! All the staff at the reception should speak English. |

I've been upgraded to Husa Princessa which was really really nice of them. The hotel is perfectly located in a shopping area but yet still u can see some of spain architecture. I really like it The internet should be provided free of charge. If not at rooms, then at least at the lobby. |

We liked the cheese choice of your cook for the breakfast most of all. Breakfast food in general. I suggest your hotel should offer famely bed for couples, not 2 separate beds:( |

excellent price for this 4* and pool and gym and location. Better knowledge of English would have been appreciated :-) I feel we passed the Manuel stage of Europe. I'll speak some Spanish, you speak some English... |

Staff were very friendly and very helpful at the hotel, particularily in leisure center and reception. The foyer although luxurious did not really invite you to lounge around reading a paper or a book. There was no where in the hotel to do this. The menus were very expensive although I appreciate that you are a five star hotel, the prices were extremely high even in comparison with Dublin,Ireland which says a lot. Elevan euro for a club sandwich with hardly any garnish is extensive to say the least. Also beverages were quite expensive too. The small pub directly beside the hotel was much more reasonably priced for beverages especialy vodka. |

Hotel was ok for everything, did the job. location great for getting around Madrid, Metro was outside and as being not a train fan, i found it very easy to get around. hotel could do with a few refinments, but in all it was great, we unjoyed our stay, and would recomend it for its location to the madrid sights. To say anything bad about the hotel, wouldn't really be worth stating, and if there was it would only be serious nit-picking... |

Convenient arrangement near to the area of Spain. Spacious enough and clean rooms. For a breakfast 50 % of the discount were given. It is possible to carry the noise connected with repair of the underground to lacks, but it carries a temporality. |

The hotel is very well located for touristical purposes, shopping, underground etc.The hotel has a good parking facility (paying) and good breakfest and lunch facilities (this was the second time we stayed at the hotel) |

the staff were helpful, room was cleaned everyday and the bed was really comfortable it was everything i expected it to be. it was in a not bad position. all the city was easily accesable from either the ventura rodriguez metro near the hotel or by foot. |

Excellent Gym and Pool facilities, well positioned for sightseeing Couldn't put anything in the fridge as it's pressure sensitive. Air con was poor and bathroom could have been better given that its 5 star. |

Original reservation for Husa Moncloa was transferred to asjacent facility Husa Princesa, adjacent, by the staff there. That was just fine as the Husa Pricesa ia just great. The Husa Moncloa I would not recomment as it has no disearnable facilities other than rooms. Perhaps they have combined the facilities. |

the above relate to the husa moncloa's sister hotel, Husa Princess, as we were upgraded on arrival and did not see the rooms in the Husa Moncloa. Rooms were very clean if a little dated. Like their "green" tips! Would not regard the Husa Princess as a 5 star hotel. Cost of breakfast very expensive |
