El desayuno podría haber estado incluido. Un día antes de hacer la reserva estaba este hotel disponible con el mismo precio y el desayuno se incluía. |

por su ubicacion por el precio el baño deberia tener al menos peine. Es una verguenza que el presio de las habitaciones suba y resten calidad en su servicio. |

Està bien situado en el barrio de Salamanca zona tranquila pero relativamente centrica. Desayuno buffet excelente. Muy cerca de la estación de autobuses que llevan al aeropuerto. |

Nada. Ni recepcion, ni habitaciones (raquiticas), ni funcionamiento de cafeteria (media hora esperando por un triste sanguich). Es el peor nh que conozco.lo siento, pero no volvere a hospedarme en este hotel en toda mi vida. Comentado en el apartado anterior. |

La cama de matrimonio era extra grande. Bien comunicado. La recepcionista me puso problemas, en un principio, por no haber llamado personalmente para reservar la cama supletoria.El hecho de que yo hubiese dejado constancia de ello en el apartado de observaciones, y que la reserva fuese aceptada así, al parecer no le parecía suficiente e incluso me insinuó que podría cobrarme un sulplemento por ello ¿? |

Nada en concreto, me molesto mucho que no hubiera agua caliente, tan solo estaba un poco templada, en pleno invierno... El agua caliente brillaba por su ausencia, habitación pequeña. |
