Прекрасное расположение, чистый тихий район, прекрасные коммуникации - до центра прямая ветка метро, правда идти до нее минут 15 - но в нашем случае это было даже прекрасно, хорошая прогулка перед сном. Хороший сытный завтрак. Чистое белье. Услужливый персонал. Наличие шатла из аэропорта - замечательно, у нас был очень поздний прилет и очень ранний отлет. Открытый бассейн - в более жаркое время, наверное, просто подарок судьбы. Стенки действительно тонковаты, со звукоизоляцией не все ок. Прекрасный быстрый интернет - но цена в 6 евро/час или 12 евро/сутки - неоправданно велика. |

Отличный отель! несмотря на то, что мы попали в период, когда в Испанию пришел снег и холода, в номере было очень тепло и уютно! Если отель сделает ремонт, то может смело претендовать на 5 звезд! |

friendly staff, good and clean room, nice garden with lots of birds 1. Noisy in one of the three nights (you can hear the people talking in the room next to you, so if there is a bunch of young people you need earddops.2. Keep in mind that tt takes at least one our to come to the city, at the other hand it is by taxi 10 minutes to the airport |

Near the airport Not a real quality service for a 4 star hotel, heating is centralized, no possibility to turn down or up the room temp. Internet cost is 6 € per hour. |

staff were very friendly. rooms were nice and clean. food was excellent. cheap prices. swimming pool. very relaxing atmosphere location is nice and quiet but a bit too far subway (15-20 minute walk) |

Location for going to the airport. The front desk and the rooms are in separated buildings, so if you have a lot of luggage is inconvenient. |

It is convenient for the office in which I have been working. It's nice to be able to sit outside near the pool and eat in the evenings. Good air conditioning in the rooms, and nice strong showers. The prices charged in the restaurant are higher than they should be given the quality of the food. Most repeat guests (of which I am one) quickly learn either to eat from the bar menu, or to go into Madrid. Alas, it's a long walk to the nearest Metro station. |

Very acceptable hotel. good buffet breakfast easy access both for airport and city. Dinner quality good and an excellent pool facility athough could use a few more sun beds. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was very nice in the hot madrid weather. It is also located close to a shopping center so there are options for food besides the resturant. |

the room was quite nice, breakfast adequate the airport shuttle very poor service waited 50 minutes and had to phone the hotel twice. the staff on reception were rude and not very helpful. would not stay there again |

If they spent some money on updating and cleaning, this could be a really nice place. The rooms are in dire need of updating. The beds were horrible. The wait staff was rude. |

Outstanding breakfast buffet and free airport shuttle made it worth the money. Make sure to call from the airport to utilize the great service both coming and going. Distance from Metro/downtown Madrid. It is a 20 minute walk to nearest Metro and then a 25-30 minute metro ride to downtown (Gran Via) |

Convenience to the airport and the large rooms with two big beds. The free airport shuttle is a big plus. The wireless internet did not work and the buffet breakfast price was very high! |
