Хорошее месторасположение (бронируйте номер во двор), не плохой бюджетный дизайн (небольшие комнаты). Мадрид - город который поздно засыпает (часа в четыре утра), улицы узкие, голоса громкие, отсюда проблемы с шумом. В центре городов всегда шумно. Почистить или заменить ковролин (комната 309). |

Месторасположение в самом центре старого Мадрида, все рядом, ноутбук с интернетом и играми для ребенка в номере, хорошая мебель и сантехника. Заменить ковровое покрытие, класть в номера тапочки, расширить список предметов гигиены, а то на троих положили, только 2 шампуня, один гель для душа, одно мыло, расческу и четверть :) рулона туалетной бумаги |

The location was good in relation to major sights in Madrid. No need for metro or taxi as all within walking distance. The internet access in the room was excellent. The left luggage room was secure and convenient. The website states air conditioning in every room. The air conditioning in our room worked for 2 hours then turned off for the remained of the visit. When we asked hotel staff about this we were told "its off, open a window if your warm". Not good enough. We were forced to sleep with the window open as a result of this. The noise from the street was terrible- traffic, singing, shouting, etc leading to poor sleep. We booked a triple room though clearly we received a twin room with an extra bed shoved in at the window. To get out of the bed one person had to climb down their bed as there was literally no space between beds. The bathroom door is quite see through which is crazy for a group room. |

Location was the only strength of this hotel. The carpets were dirty. There were just enough room for 4 adults. We stayed in a Petit Palace in Barcelona and the room were really spacious and decided to book with the same chain. But this one was way below expectations. |

Location was very central and close to major city attractions. Having a laptop with Internet access in the room was very convenient. 1- Hotel staff were very friendly but not experienced enough: very limited knowledge about touristic attractions, places for dinner, time to get to the airport,... etc.; 2- Overall hotel security is not reassuring- As you walk in the hotel, you do not get to see any of the hotel staff since the reception is situated far away from the main hotel entrance; 3- No one to help you take your luggage to the room; 4- Carpet in the room full of strains |

Its central location was excellent. The decor was unusual but funky. It was lovely and quiet. Staff in reception were very helpful. Breakfast was poor for the price even though there was na offer of two for the price of one.The carpet in the room was badly stained. The cold tap stopped working and we could only get hot water. The shower fitted with power points sprayed all over the room. There was a bad smell in the bathroom. The air con was unable to cope with the temperature. There were no drawers at all in the room. Had to ask at reception to have the room cleaned at 3pm as it still wasnt done. |

fab location made it worth the money! Also was excellent having wi fi & lap top in room! Rooms were small but to be honest you dont spend long in your room so it was fine. |

Great staff, excellent location. General cleanliness of the carpet and walls. They didn't seem to want to replace the soap or towels either. The hotel seemed more like a 3 star than 4 star to me. |
