Отличное местоположение. Хорошее соотношение "цена-качество". В ноябре было достаточно жарко в номере - кондер не работал, открываешь окно - шумит вентиляция здания. |

Прекрасное место. Очень чисто, приятный персонал. В номере было очень тепло, даже жарко, не смотря на холодную погоду. Метро совсем близко. Хороший завтрак. В целом впечатления очень положительные. |

Замечательное местоположение, приветливый персонал, качественная уборка номеров. Заходя в отель, окунаешься в мир прекрасного искусства. Находиться в нем само по себе одно удовольствие |

Идеальное расположение в центре города (при этом ночью тихо), всё рядом, метро в 50 метрах от отеля, до аэропорта 35 мин на метро, до ж-д вокзала Аточа 5 мин. В отеле красивый интерьер, номера не большие, но комфортные, в номере есть все необходимое вплоть до зубной пасты.. Качественный и достаточно разнообразный завтрак (правда, в стоимость номера не входил). Очень любезный песонал. Разумная... |

general welcome, and room cleanliness with all equipments for the bathroom I am going regularly to this hotel, and am always surprised with the high temperature inside the room (even in winter), without possibility to dxcrease it. The only way I have found is to keep the window open during diner time, and to hope it will not be warming up to quickly. It is not possible to leave the window open during the night since, even this time where I was at the 4rth floor, it is very noisy (generally the hotel is badly protected against noise) |

Loved this hotel. Great location. Could walk to most major sites. Close to Metro. Great art in lobby and hallways. Tastefully decorated rooms. Would stay again. Good value for money. Room was a little small. Room too hot, could not adjust thermostat. |

1-Close to metro 2- Few steps to down town 3- Close to shopping area 4- Surrounded by many restaurants and bars 5- Nice music systems at rooms also TV channels. 1- Rooms are so small 2- Daily works down in streets since early morning 3- Windows are not so tight or outdoor sealed. |

Two things myght be better: 1) there should be free internet available in the rooms, 2) the price of the garage is very expensive (this is important for those who are travelling by car, as we did). |

Fair price for what the hotel provided. Room was very clean. We initially had a room facing the street on the second floor and there were constructions going on. The hotel staff kindly swapped us to a room facing the inside terrace. |

The location I made the reservation as a last minute deal, the day before arrival. They called me during the morning of the day when we were arriving saying there was problem with the card and they were going to move us to another hotel. I told them I would not be moved since I had a confirmation of the reservation and that there was not any problem with the card. The woman of the phone said that in that case we would talk when I arrived. Upon the arrival I told the staff what happened and the person who had made the call apparently wasn’t there and they did not acknowledged any problem whatsoever. However, the whole thing was very strange and although recognizing I was right they didn’t even apologize. |

Hotel is very convenient for access to Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, and to Metro for access to most of rest of Madrid. Room was small but very confortable. Staff did not remind me to submit Best Western Crown Club card for points/miles.If possible, please take care of thisGold, Member number is 600663 7 143530343 . We stayed 3 nights. |

nice lobby the room was a tiny box room, the curtains were filthy, there was a huge crack running down one wall with peeling paint. The bathroom decor looked like it dated from the '70s with broken tiles on the floor, and one night the bed headboard fell off the wall. Not a 4 star hotel |
