Очень отзывчивый и любезный персонал. Красивый садик во дворе. Фантастическая постель. Много магазинов рядом. завтрак очень скудный. номера навязчиво дезодорированные. не все что указано (двд-плеер) есть в наличии. В отделке дешевые материалы. |

the location I'm not sure we got the room we booked. Hotel staff said it was not a standard room but a deluxe one. I'm sure they cheated. The room had nothing special.I'm really disappointed |

The Selenza Hotel is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The hotel staff is absolutly nice. We recommend this hotel and we are already looking forward to our next stay. |

We had a huge room, which was beautiful. However, we probably would not pay the 'asking price' had we not found a bargain online. The decor is nice, it is spotless, and bed very comfortable, the a/c fabulous, the bathroom great, the breakfast interesting and definitely big. Very tasteful. They need a ramp for suitcases - there is a staircase entry in the front. There is no decent chair in the room if you need to work at the desk or computer. Very very uncomfortable, too high for the desk also, so not practical or helpful in that regard. The breakfast is quite darling, about 20 things on a tray brought to each guest at the table or in the room. However, it is exactly the same every day except for a change in the fruit. We were there 5 days. |

the hotel were new & amazing decore , friendly staff , nice neighbour hood no concierge & we had to wait standing for the call up taxi , no much options for breakfast though the lay out for it was amazing |

La decoración, la ubicación y el trato amabilisimo de los trabajadores.Limpieza impecable de la habitacion, muy detallistas, nosotros viajabamos con un bebe y nos trajeron una toalla todos los días y un kit de gel y champú. Todo bien El precio de la habitación doble superior me parece caro para el tamaño de la habitación, muy pequeña con la cuna de viaje del niño casi no teniamos espacio para pasar al baño |

la situacion es muy comoda y la comodidad del parking.Las habitaciones amplias practicas y muy bien insonorizadas.Decoracion moderna.Me encanto el desayuno completo. Justamente en la zona del desayuno ,la puerta por la que los camareros entraban y salian ,un porton blanco, si lo sujetaban no hacia ruido pero si pasaban con las manos llenas evidentemente no podian sujetar la puerta y el ruido era muy desagradable para lo bien que se esta en el hotel. |

la situación Habitación pequeña. Ausencia de personal en la entrada, tuvimos que subir nosotros la maleta hasta la recepción. Cuando nos acompañaron a la habitación, aun no estaba limpia! Eso no es un hotel de cinco estrellas. El desayuno monótono. |

La décoration design, l'intimité et la discrétion de l'hôtel. L'emplacement dans un quartier plutôt chic et relativement proche du centre. Le petit déjeuner, raffiné. L'équipement des chambres est un peu léger pour un 5 étoiles. On attend davantage de petites attentions, des accessoires dans la salle de bain ou le dressing seraient les bienvenus. |

バスルームが清潔で、綺麗。ビューは道路側ではなかったが、静か。モダン、でスタイリッシュなインテリアで- 、良かった。スタッフは、丁寧、処理迅速。部屋と値段のコストパフォーマンスは良い。マッサージシャワーの- 付いたシャワーブースとバスタブの両方があり、快適。 バスルームのドアの建て付けの悪いところがあり、閉まらなかった。無線ラン(無料)はパワー不足。朝食は内- 容を考えるとお高い。ホテルの責任ではないが、近所で道路工事があり、足場が悪く、ほこりっぽい。 |

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y el que sea un hotel pequeño hace el servicio más personalizado. me encantó el hecho de tener habitaciones comunicantes pues tengo 3 hijos y no muchos hoteles en Europa ofrecen esa alternativa. Le haría falta un servicio más amplio de comida. Y durante los dos primeros día de mi estada no funcinó el aire acondicionado y como era fin de semana hubo de esperase hasta el lunes para la reparación. |

ver nº 2 péssima gestão do serviço de ar condicionado.Dormi ???? a última noite com 26º.Justificação do hotel- que estavam a mudar o ar condicionado de verão para inverno e a partir daí o ar condicionado só fazia calor. Ridículo para quem estava numa suite no andar mais alto e com uma temperatura exterior,de dia, de 28º.Necessário avisar os clientes que viajam de carro que o parking não comporta viaturas com mais de 5 metros, o meu caso.O carro ficou na rua. |
