I didn't like the fact of a breakfast queue. It was a very long queue.I can't find any reasonable justification for that in a 5 star hotel!! |

I found the staff disinterested in any concerns . the communication at all points an effort . I also found I stayed there because of the pool . it closed for winter on the 15 th september . The 2 days of my stay were 31 and 32 degrees , so the pool being shut was bizarre . For a tourist it is away from everywhere |

Generally ok There was nothing to do at the hotel, exept for staying there. The pillow was extremely unconfortable. It lacked the sense of value for your money. |

The situation was great. Very quiet. The room was lovely. Food was fantastic. Even tho' breakfast was 24 euros, it was worth every cent. Easy for the metro at Cusco. Very safe area |

It was a quiet and well run place. Though would have preferred the Mella Castilla in Sole which we liked better It is too far from the city and even the surroundings are not too happening |

We were very impressed with this hotel because of the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff, the size of the bedroom and bathroom, the comfort of the bed and the beautiful buffet breakfasts. We can't comment on the guest reviews on your website as we haven't read them. |

In general, the service was excellent and the hotel very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good and the bistro reasonably priced. A little too far out from the city centre. |

I liked during my stay the room it was very comfortable, I liked also the big choice of food for breakfast, and swimming-pool where you could coold down in hot days. |

We were able to completely relax in stylish, tasteful and comfortable surroundings, while exploring Madrid. It was lovely to come back "home" each afternoon. |

Hotel was very clean, wide selection of breakfast. I think the hotel would need a renovation soon,but although old fashioned it is nice and very well kept. |

very average hotel not 5 star has large lobby and a small pool lifts worked well Air con was useless which in a hot city not good. The air con like the rest of the room and hotel are tired need replacing. The concierge could not speak english and sent us to the wrong venue. Find another hotel |
