With my complete lack of Spanish it was great that almost all staff had reasonable good English, they were very helpful at every opportunity. The breakfast buffet leaves you wanting for nothing in choice. The hotel also hosts an excellent Michelin star restaurant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. For the price of your stay I would have expected internet access to be included not an extra. |

The location was excellent - short walk to metro - 10mins ot city centre, 30mins to airport, and far enough away from not to be affected by crowds/noise.The room was lovely - spacious and clean. |

I've stayed here a few times. I like the location and how comfortable the beds are. I'll definitely stay there again. The internet is very pricey. There's no need to charge so much. |

su situación me dieron para tres nochesuna habitación ridícula, de dimensiones similares las que tenía la habitción de mi residencia de estudinte, con un escritorio enao que me impedía trabajar en él con el portatil. Además, no tienen periódicos disponiles para los clientes, por lo que cada mañana te obligan a pedirlo en la recepcón, y la goernanta del hote cada mañana cuando lo pides te mira como si estuvieras robando! Por el precio que se paga, sin desayuno, y con la habltación de David el Gnomo, y encima has de rogar por un misero periódico! |

O preço conseguido via net. Mas foi tarifa pré-paga e pelo Bookings os quartos atribuidos são frequentemente os piores! Quarto sem vista para o exterior (vista para um pátio interior minúsculo: nem se vê o céu!). Dimensões do quarto mínimas. TV mini, comando velho de funcionamento deficiente, teclas apagadas. Banheira mini (para que serve? Substituam-na por um bom duche!). Péssimo isolamento: fui acordado todas as manhãs pelos barulhos da casa de banho do quarto contíguo. |

Amabilidad: Aunque llegué pronto por la mañana me consiguieron habitación sin poner ningún problema. La calle era bastante ruidosa (pero con las ventanas cerradas no se oía nada). Para mi gusto hacía calor en la habitación. |

Me encantó la amabilidad del personal del hotel y sobretodo valoré muy positivamente la buena comunicación del hotel con respesto a los transportes públicos (metro, autobus...) Nada, todo fue perfecto. |

Sin duda, la ubicación que, aunque está lejos de la zona antigua, para asuntos de negocios, está perfectamente localizado. Existe un aparcamiento debajo del hotel en el que se expide un ticket que pone "hotel melia Galgos". Cuando fuimos a preguntar en el hotel por las condiciones de pago y uso del mismo, nos dicen que no tienen nada que ver con el aparcamiento, que es independiente. Debería advertirse en la página puesto que es bastante caro y las pazas y movilidad interiores son bastante reducidas. |
