Hotel was clean/comfortable. Locations is quite good : close to the beach and close to the city centre. Staff were not very helpful. I don't understand why we had to pay €30 for the SPA. Spa should be free or it should be indicated on the ads (misleading ads). Indeed we wouldn't have picked up this hotel if we knew this. |

The hotel was very clean and a nice lay out. The pool was lovely and the area around the pool was nice. The room was geat we had a 3 bed suite and it ws very good and well laid out, The food at lunch was delicious and the restaurant staff we very nice all be it a little somber. They were tidying up the gardens when we were there and even the gardener was pleasant. Reception staff were very helpful. The location is good ut it is a taxi ride to most places all be it not terribly far to Marbella and Peuerto Banus. Loads of supermarkets around to pick up snacks for the room. |

I liked the relaxing seating areas in the hotel and the general decor throughout the hotel. The food was quite good, although not a great choice for children. I didn't like the lack of choice of draught beers in the bar. I didn't like the fact that the pool was ice cold, especially since I was holidaying with 2 children. The jacuzzi on the balcony was great, but didn't work fully, and looked worn. |

Good location. Comfortable size of room with good kitchen facility. Pleasant bar and restaurant area. Noisy! Because of the bedrooms being essentially built around the pool and restaurant area it was very noisy until early hours of morning and then the noise of setting up for breakfast began again around 6am. |

I liked the sea view very much. The hotel staff were very friendly. The pool is very nice and it location to the sea is perfect. |

Excellent base hotel for Marbella easily within reach of all main attractions, with fantastic facilities, i.e.pool, bar, restaurant, very freindly staff........will definately stay again |

The location is great, close to marbella old town and puerto banus I have stayed in the hotel 3 times in the last 6 months, and have noticed the gradual decline in the decor and service |

Nice large and clean room. Good situation lots of tourists, behavier in contrast to hotel ranking. Restaurant too small,on weekend you have to wait for breakfast. Felling like in YMCA. Suite was very loud,because 24 h petrolstation underneath the balcony |

We were upgraded immediately to a room with our own jacuzzi on the terrace. The room was so big and comfortable, it was like an apartment with a kitchen and everything we needed. The buffet breakfast made our stay very good value. The location just parallell to the beach and restaurants and across the road from a good supermarket was excellent. |

The hotel gave us two complimentary breakfasts which were lovely.The facilities were lovely. The towels, curtains/curtain rail clean but a bit tatty. Otherwise I would very much recommend this hotel. |

We got a great deal -The Staff were very friendly and very helpful.. The Hotel is not a 5 star rating but it is a very good 4 star ... i tried to book again for May but the prices had shot through the off..but i could not say anything negitive about the hotel |

The breakfast was good. Evening buffet not 5 star. Room very good. Evening buffet only , or bar menu not 5star standard. No atmosphere. |

On arrival we were upgraded to junior suite. Excellent buffetmania evening dinner..great choice service and quality ..superb. This is fantastic value in Jan. We were lucky with weather too. Could not find anything to say in this section |

Located close to friends who live in Spain and Gibraltar and some places of interest. Housekeeping never cleaned the bathroom properly. The shower was broken and the air conditioner was so noisy we had to ask to be moved after three sleepless nights. We were asked if we wanted compensation, then offrered a free Spa, but when we attempted to change the arranged time were advised we had to give 24 hours notice, which we could not at the time, so had to forego the offer. |

The room was a real escape very relaxing.The staff were attentive and friendly.Breakfast choice and quality was outstanding For our short stay it was excellent I would have liked to have stayed longer! |

The food was excellent, disappointed about the Christmas Decorations though as it did not have a feel of Christmas about it. We booked this hotel because of the Spa, and then was told it was closed Christmas Day so we only stayed one night instead of two. It would be helpful to put on the Hotel web page that the Spa is closed for Christmas. |
