The pool area was really lovely with lots of different areas for lounging around during the day. Also the breakfast buffet was good. The poolside restaurant was very average for a hotel of this standard. To charge for broadband in a 5star hotel in 2009 seems utterly ridiculous to me and I know a number of the guests felt the same way. Also once you checked in there was no effort made on behalf of the receptionist to advise you of the hotel's facilities, location of different areas within the hotel, etc. |

We booked less than a week before our trip and got a great rate at the end of September. Room did not have a coffee pot, nor was there coffee in the lobby, and there is no ala carte for breakfast, so the only way to get a cup of coffee in the morning is to spend 20Euro on the full buffet. We just bought a coffee pot and used that instead. |

We had a fabulous stay at the Gran Melia Don Pepe - arriving for an extremely last minute weekend away from Scotland for one night only. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and kindly. Over the two days and one night's stay we could not think of a single thing that the hotel let itself down on. Everything was 100% perfect and this completely delighted us. Thanks for making us so welcome at such a reasonable cost and making it possible for us to have a last minute weekend in the sun. Absoloutley nothing. It was exactly what we wanted and more in every way. |

close to the town and on the beach the staff at the restaurant is unfriendly.breakfast menu for euro 25 .-- is too expensive. |

The situation, the friendliness of staff, the room, the clean bedclothes every day and the gardens. The bathroom needs renovating as does the shower at the indoor pool. The indoor pool was drained for 3 days (out of our 10 day stay) when the unheated outdoor pool was too cold to use. On more than one occasion the room was not made up until after 3 pm. |

Lovely hotel, beautiful room. Bathroom was large & had a free standing shower in addition to a full size bathtub. Great buffet breakfast included in the price. |

The breakfast selection and quality was brilliant. The staff were very attentive. A very comfortable stay. The standard rooms are quite small espacially with a cot and buggy in them. Off peak there is only 1 of the resturants open and it is quite expensive but good quality |

Durant mon séjour à Gran Melia Don Pepe, j ai apprécié le professionalisme de la réception,du personnel...leur gentillesse.Une piscine agréable,la beauté du jardin.Excellent petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet,trés copieux.Propreté des chambres Le personnel rentre facilement et trop souvent à mon gout dans les chambres |

Las habitacines y el cuarto de baño son muy pequeños , no correspoden a un hotel de 5 estrellas. Si, en la piscina si dabas propina habia colchonetas, para las tumbonas del cesped, y si no (lo insinuabas) te decian que no habia disponibles.es lamentable, no me extraña que vegan menos turistas.cutres. |

Gute Stimmung, man fühlt sich wohl, Top Lage, Liegestühle um den Pool waren am Morgen alle besetzt, aber keine Gäste anwesend. Die Liegestühle im Garten sind veraltet. Check In könnte freundlicher sein |

Mooie ligging met brede tuin en prettige achteruit naar bewaakt zeestrand. Goed restaurant. In de bar was niets te doen. Veel groepsreizigers uit met name Ierland met package deals.Alleen het ontbijt was druk bezocht. |
