бонус в виде бесплатной ночи, за терпение к 2 свадьбам, которые проходили в отеле за время отдыха. Вообще конечно предупреждать о подобных вещах нужно. поставить ершик в туалете, повесить крючки в ванной, а то даже халат некуда деть, ну и добавить розеток! |

Breakfast very good pool area very good for a five star hotel i taught you would have screens on your balcony doorrs for to keep out mosquitos my wife and i had to see a doctor over there and i had to see a doctor here in ireland when i came home. |

Impressive hotel located on the beach, Would recommend an upgrade to the top rooms, so you have the large roof terrace and hot tub. Hotel Staff very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and where to go. A top class hotel One thing about this hotel is that it was sometimes inconsistant, as in, one day we would have 9 towels the next 2, then no shower gel for 2 days so had to call, plus if you want ice, thats an extra 6 euros! |

The hotel was good. The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect: just on the beach! I like this hotel! There was only one problem: very thick wall. I couldn hear my nearbers, like they was in my room! |

Excellent outside full option breakfast - real swimming pool - nice tastefull furnished room/bathroom - classy hotel Local internet was payable (should be free for a *****) - poor road directions (street not available on GPS) - expensive drinks - relatively small room - minibar was not working |

We Liked the location of the hotel right in front of the sea, even if we had only a partial view of the hotel. Our room at the 4th floor was quite sunny and the balcony was great. Breakfast buffet was excellent and had a wide variety of foods. Staff was friendly and helpful We paid a higher rate to get a room with a sea view and what we got was a room with a "partial"sea view. There weren't enough sun beds on the beach for hotel residents, so we had to rent from the nearby restaurant at 15 Euros each. The location is not that near to puerto banus itself, yes it is a walking distance but only in the morning, at night, there are no lights and it is not advisable to walk. Since we had a car, the hotel charged us for hotel parking- I believe this should have been complementary for hotel guests. |

Excellent location on beach with only 10 or 15 minute walk to Puerto Banus. Buffet breakfast very good especially the fresh fruit and fresh juices. Design of hotel very good as every room seems to have a sea view with centre rooms having both pool and sea view. Got upgraded to a suite for very little extra a night. The extra size of in the suite is great - the terrace is very big and great relaxation area. Buffet dinner for half board could be better but great value for money in a 5* hotel. Pool bar drinks very expensive but lunch/dinner drinks more reasonable in restaurant. |

We had a very enjoyable stay at this Hotel. It was not just clean, comfortable and luxurious, the staff count for everything and every single person we meet could not do enough to help us and make our stay more enjoyable. I am currently arranging some dates for a girlie trip next year. Will will be back. |

The quality of the room and facilities in the room were excellent like the walk in shower and the hydro jet bath tub, the room also had 2 televisions and a cd player , there was also a small digital cooker which was handy for boiling water for making tea , which came in handy. We felt a little bit cheated by the hotel as we prepaid for a superior class room with a sea view or pool view which we did not get as when we arrived we allocated room no:117? On the ground floor of which the terrace was totally overgrown with large palm tree growth completely blocking the supposed pool view. We went back to reception to explain this to them and were then moved to the 2nd floor room 203 which again was a terrible sea view as 95% of the view was either looking straight at a wall or was again totally blocked by overgrown plants. We felt that because we had prepaid for the room we were allocated the worst rooms possible. The hotel is also not within easy reach to Peurto Banus night life. |

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the upgrade to a junior suite on arrival was amazing. It was best of both worlds with the pool and beach so near. Really nice hotel and would go back again. Only the location, it was only a 15 min walk to the Marina along the beach but at night it was not advisable to walk this route so we needed to get taxis. |

good location - quiet surroundings but not far from the center of Puerto Banus (restaurants, shopping, entertainment), excellent balcony in suites - large with comfotable furniture Very limited choice for buffet breakfast- no vegetables at all, same for dinner, no sense to dine at the hotel. All the time late cleaning service of the room.On check-out found extra charges for minibar which were not consumed. |

The hotel was excellent, staff so helpful and friendly.. on arrival we were given a choice of rooms to ensure that we had maximum sunlight in the evening time. Breakfast and food in general excellent. Location and proximity to Puerto Banus perfect and overall a quality 5* property No nothing at all, however the bar food was expensive and the range limited |
