Удобное месторасположение,бесплатная парковка,хорошая кухня,большие удобные номера и большой бассейн. Обзавестись своим кусочком на общественном пляже. |

the location was fine - right in the center of banus - breakfast was nice during the night we discovered our bed was crawling with bed bugs. I had to go down to reception at 2am to get the keys to the room next door and we moved our stuff in there. We where still charged full price |

Pools very good. Breakfast selection good. Room and bathroom facilities good. Unable to regulate air conditioning. Either off and hot or on and freezing cold. We had paid for a sea view and only got a side sea view, looking out over a creek. WiFi was not available free in any area, so had to pay for the service. |

I enjoyed the piano music in the bar on Friday evening.I had all my meals.outside.beside the pool,which was most relaxing! The barstaff were very friendly & efficent, Some of the dining room staff could have been more polite & friendly |

The Hotel appeared almost nondescript from the outside, but once through the doors, it proved to be extremely comfortable and the gardens very attractive. The facilities included three swimming pools, a sauna and a jacuzzi. There was a masseur on site and very generous buffet breakfasts and dinners. Puerto Banus beach was 2 minutes away. Although I had arranged my stay on a half board basis, I thought it bizarre that this did not include any drink at dinner. This even extended to paying for the cost of a bottle of water at 3.2 Euros. Ouch! |

really enjoyed the fact that it was so close to purta banus and the beach.pools were big lots of room for sunbathing. just a group of English tourists that got very loud after drinks by the pool and bar area.Very off putting. |

Pool area was beautiful and had private corners around. Also it was not crowded this time of the year (April). Breakfast had lots of variety, even rye (brown) bread! Coffee was not from the machine, but freshly cooked and served with milk to the table. We also enjoyed our private balcony to the garden and the short-cut back door to the beach and to Puerto Banus Center. Unfortunately we could not use those beautiful outdoor pools. They were not warm enough. (There were small indoor pool, though.) Marbella city center was a little far away (15-20 minutes by bus), but bus stop to Marbella near and bus ride cheap (1e15c). |

the hotel was close to beach the staff could smile more , messed up my booking and were not sure how to sort it out, buffet for one night for four cost as much as the weekend stay? |

The gardens and pools at the hotel were very good and beach was very close if you went through the gardens at the back of the hotel. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. The staff at reception are not at all friendly. Fridge in hotel room was empty and room service finishes at 10pm although it says that they have 24hr room service on their brochure. |

I liked the rooms very much. They were big and very comfortable. I did not like the buffet dinner. The food was excellent, but unfortunately there were too many people going to dinner at the same time, and I went on valentines night for a romantic meal with my partner and had to wait about 40 minutes to be seated. |

Utmärkt frukost. Klordoften. Inte fritt internet för att kolla mailen. TjockTV gammalmodigt. Dålig bildkvalitet på många kabelkanaler. Vi hade önskat oss bättre avtal med golfklubbarna i området vg green-fee. |

Vriendelijk personeel, nette kamers, super ontbijt, mooi hotel met mooie tuinen en zwembaden. er is gratis internet rondom de receptie waar je met je laptop aan de gang kunt maar die verbinding was meestal zo zwak dat dat meestal niet lukte. Verder kan je dan wel betaald internetten. |

Chambre très agréable,vaste avec une jolie vue sur le jardin.Hôtel calme,avec de bonnes installations (piscines,tennis,possiblité de massages...) Si on n'est pas en demi-pension ,le buffet est très cher(49E sans les boissons)pour ce qu'il propose. |
