большая, зеленая территория, наличие теплых бассеинов (с подогревом), очень хорошая кухня (брали завтрак-ужин). всегда все вкусно. на сайте отеля были обещаны тапочки и халаты, по факту-этого не было. также пришлось просить (ибо с собой и не подумали брать) гель для душа и шампунь. в номере в ванной комнате - маленькие муравьи. не криминал, но лучше бы их не было. |

Holiday resort with a beautiful garden with lots of greenery. Rooms are basically small (semi-detached) bungalows containing a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Ours was in a quiet corner of the property. Guests are mostly Germans, Brits and Scandinavians. bathroom could have been cleaner |

I do not hav childrens but this hotel is great if you have a familily, lots of activities for kids thoughout the day. Lots of variety of food in the buffet, but low quality. |

Despite reading lots of quite recent bad reviews, I was pleasently surprised. The Hotel was spotlessly clean, as were the rooms, and not a cockroach in sight I am glad to say. The food for breakfast and evening meal was good with a great selection of dishes but as mentioned in some reviews was not very hot. The only thing I found was the Reception staff were very unhelpful and quite rude and dismissive. |

It is almost impossible to communicate with the staff, be it waiters, pool/bar poeple or cleaning staff - they speak nothing but Spanish. |

The location was within walking distance to the dunes. The singers on 14 February were good. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were very stressed. The food was poor, at best. There was no hot water in the room for two days, a cockroach in the closet, the sofa bed foam mattress was totally inadequate - falling apart. A fly was found in the salad on one night. There was filming of a german television programme by the pool and bar area - very disruptive. |

A nice, quiet hotel with many pool areas and friendly staff. Nice rooms, a good variety of foods in the breakfast & dinner. All in all a very pleasant stay! |

El tipo de residencia, las suites en bungalows están relativamente bien para el precio que tienen. Estar cerca de lo mejpr de la isla, la playa de las dunas de maspalomas. Como es muy "giry" y familiar se descansa de maravilla. Lo demás está correcto, quizás un 4 estrellas que conozco estaría mejor pero en general está todo correcto. Algún intruso en la habitación, pequeño y con patas: cucarachas. La comida no es para tirar cohetes pero no está mal. |

el servicio de los camareros muy atentos y la comida tb estaba buena si,1-la recepción me parece poco cualificada y muy ásperos, 2-la habitación que me dieron tenía un motor,extractor, no sé lo que era que hacía ruido cada 10 minutos, imposible descansar 3-no te reponían los jabones, si uno no lleva los suyos tiene que trasladarse a un supermecado a comprar 4-nadie se digno a preguntar si era todo de nuestro agrado |

la tranquilidad del hotel y que es mejor casitas que pasillos de hotel los horarios de la cena,y ademas el personal recoge a la hora en punto aunque estes cenando. mal.y que no hay instalaciones deportivas,la piscina es pequeña |

Me ha gustado todo, la comida variada y de muy buena calidad, muy comodo y tranquilo, el personal del hotel muy amable. A 15 minutos andando en línea recta al faro de Costa Meloneras donde hay un ambiente selecto. Tienen un ciber que cuesta 1 euro los 15 minutos, no me parece un detalle apropiado teniendo en cuenta la calidad del Hotel. |
