Have stayed before so knew the hotel & am quite happy with it. Holiday period so no restaurant & no bar; cold buffet breakfast only. |

Solo estuve una noche, pero lo que mas miro en un hotel es la limpieza y en su hotel estaba todo muy limpio. En recepción fueron muy amables. Hay una cosa que encontre excesivamente caro. Queria desayunar en el hotel y me cobraban € por persona. Tuve que ir a una cafeteria en el exterior |

Llegamos antes de la hora de check in y nos dejaron entrar sin problemas porque tenían habitaciones disponibles. Como eran las primeras habitaciones disponibles no eran las que aparecen en las fotos, eran unas mucho mas viejas y las camas llevaban ruedas y como no tuvieras cuidado se movían un montón. |

La habitación estaba totalmente reformada y limpia. En la linea de la cadena NH. Me imagino que están recortando gastos y las amenities del baño en la habitaciones tipo estándar se han reducido dejando sólo pastilla jabón, bote de champú y bote de gel. Quizá un cepillo de dientes no estaría de más. |

Llegamos muy pronto a Madrir (a las 7:30 de la mañana) y en el hotel no tubieron problema en darnos la habitación a nuestra llegada. Cosa que es de agradecer. La habitación y las instalaciones en si estaban muy bien y muy centrico. Habia una parada de metro justo en frente (Principe Vergara) Lo que no me gustó fue el hecho de que a media noche alguien se dedico a llamar a nuestra puerta y por telefono tambien, preguntando por no se quien..... cosa q nos molestó bastante, pero avisamos a recpeción. |

la ubicaion El trato no fue de lo mas amable. ademas nos dieron la peor habitacion de la planta, con vistas a las escaleras de emergencia.el baño solo tenia champú, gel y jabon d manos. el desayuno es muy escaso y con poca variedad. deja mucho que desear para un hotel de 4 estrellas situado en la capital. |
