Месторасположение удобное, вид из окна очаровательный. Останавливались там неоднократно.Персонал отеля всегда рекомендует хорошие рестораны с вкусной кухней.Радуют свежие цветы в номере и косметика Hermes. Кухня в отеле отвратительная. В этом году даже хамон был невкусным. Чай пить и вовсе невозможно. А их "ездящие" кровати стали в нашей компании уже притчей воязыцех среди тех, кто останавливается парами. Впрочем, это даже забавно. |

Location is very poor, in a crowded suburb which is the opposite of what is announced in the site. The hotel restaurant - La Popa is a very good surprise with very good food and friendly staff. Needs refurbishing . Definitely not a 5 star unit. |

relaxing, peasceful and very grown up hotel with very friendky will do anything staff offering a very good service Food menu was limiting and din't change often enough. Security was questionable with two unexpected visitors in our room in the middle of the night. |

the staff was more than helpful. my massage was amazing i fell asleep.the beach and the view were amazing.if this isnt a 5 star i dont know what is. |

Very clean, comfortable room. The pool was too small, the pool bar closed too early, very corporate, staff not massively attentive. |

Location was great looking over the sea and Palma very accessible by bus.Breakfast good. Room was lovely. No indoor swimming pool ,outdoor pool cold and fitness room very small although the equipment was good. |

The hotel may of had the bath ropes and such to become a 5 star hotel, but it seemed a little tired and simple and was not a 5 star hotel in my mind. Great location right on the beach and close to restaurants, boat harbor and bus stop. Again a bit tired and simple for a 5 star hotel. |

Closeness to beach. Gym, spa, pools. Breakfast overpriced. Common failing with many hotels - only English TV channels in room are news channels. Why? Programmes available in French, German Italian and Russian(?) but not English, although BBC1 available in the gym! |

Fantastic location. It was perfect for us as we wanted to be near a beach and this hotel is right on the beach. Only a short bus journey from the city centre. The facilities and accomodation are excellent. |

Acess to the beach and balcony with a sea view even though it is a public beach it cost us 10 euro for a chair and umbrella The prices for breakfast and lunch I tought a bit too much |

The location of the hotel was excellent, infront of the sea.The pool small but does not matter because the sea is too close to swim at the pool. The room we had booked through the site did not have a balcony at all so we changed it,paying extra. The other room was excellent. The stuff very friendly. Nothing was included at the price. The breakfast, the parking and the spa was additional. Also the menu of the restaurants was very poor.The pool small. |

Location, sun terrace and balcony, easy access to the beach The service and facilities are far from a 5 stars hotel. The staff is not friendly, helpful and experience enough (reception staff, waiters, etc). Only 50% of the SPA installations are working. The food is awful. |
