Расположен, как и пишут во всех отзывах, замечательно - очень близко к историческому центру, пешком до главной достопримечательности - Собора - 5 мин. Наверху - терраса с прекрасной панорамой. Сам номер просторный, чистый, сантехника новая, мебель в хорошем состоянии. Кондиционер общий, но работает хорошо. Есть бесплатный wifi (логин просили на ресепшн) - работал исправно и с приличной скоростью. Завтрак вполне приличный - вкусная выпечка, сыры-колбасы, фрукты(арузы, дыни, яблоки), хлопья-молоко-йогурт, чай-кофе-соки, из горячего омлет и жареный бекон. Правда, быстро надоедает однообразием. |

location is very good, close to the shops and sights, but not the best hotel in the city. Rooms very basic, noisy; poor breakfast, reception very small and nowhere to relax apart from the room, very poor decor, poor value for money, air conditioning not working, bathroom very basic, and the beds were hard. |

The location in the hear of Palma, smart building, spacious rooms, we also had a balcony with (distant) views of the harbour. The staff speak English and are very helpful. Great choice for breakfast. |

The hotel is in an excellent central Palma location-great for exploring all the local sights, the old town and shopping. The staff are helpful and, on the whole, courteous. The Almudaina is also close to bus links which take you to the beach in 30mins. The smell of smoking sometimes pervaded our room. Not sure if it was coming from the air conditioning or from the roof garden which was one floor above us. |

the hotel was well placed ,clean and good value for money. A door on the shower to stop the bathroom flooding and bar facilities to take advantage of the roof terrace |

Its in a very central position so we enjoyed being able to walk to all the galleries, sights and shops. The cleanliness standards were high and the staff were welcoming and obliging. We stayed an extra night at the end of our holiday to continue our cultural visits. |

Central location, free Wi-Fi, good breakfast, nice roof-top terrace, appealing interior design of room, comprehensive toiletry The room was indeed "spacious", but it certainly was not "well-lit" as the description of the hotel says - actually there was hardly any daylight! (At the end of the room there was a narrow extension that went around a corner and only at the end of this nook there was a small window though which some indirect daylight reached the room.) The sound-proofing was a bit poor. (I could hear the effluents and pushing of chairs from above.) In the morning there was a big cockroach on the wall above the room door. |

Very helpful and nice staff, always at our disposal to assist in any kind of problem, answering to any kind of question related to room/hotel services, finding sites in Palma de Mallorca, using the transportation services (bus/trains) etc. Very spacious room, very clean and comfortable. |

Everything was perfect including a hot breakfast, a spectacular view from the rooftop garden terrace overlooking the sea & cathedrals, complimentary toothbrushes, and the picnic breakfast packed for me because of my early flight. I loved this hotel for it's location, ambience & wonderful staff. The guys were great! They were a 10. I couldn't find anything I didn't like. |
