Аннуляция бронирования
В случае аннуляции за 7 суток до даты заезда штраф не взимается
В случае аннуляции позднее этого срока взимается 100% от стоимости первых двух ночей проживания
В случае незаезда взимается 50 процентов от стоимости всех ночей проживания .
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении всех детей младше 1 года на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях взимается EUR 4,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных допускается по предварительному запросу. Дополнительная плата не взимается.
Принимаемые кредитные карты

Отель оставляет за собой право предварительного блокирования средств на кредитной карте до приезда гостя.
The apartments are cleaned and towels are changed every 4 days. Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
If you arrive between 23.00 and 07.00, the night porter will complete your check-in.

It was so close to the beach. Sitting on a terrace I could see a swimming pool. In the kitchen was everything I needed. Cleanliness could be better, but the hotel is so cheap, I shouldn't expect more. |

The concierge was very helpful and the room despite being on the small side accommodated 3 of us with ease, had excellent facilities and was spotlessly clean. The aircon upgrade was invaluable. The pool was on the small side but refreshingly quiet to get away from the liveliness of the rest of the resort, and always had ample sunbeds available for the 2 euro daily charge No credit card facilities in the concierge so cash only to settle the bill |

the freedom to come and go as you please the hotel was very noisy all night ,it made sleeping impossible.The one staff member who was on duty did nothing about this. |

Very close to lovely beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Stayed in a studio. Apartment was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen. lovely marble tiled floors. Had read bad reviews and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely clean pool also. Lack of a reception area didnt make a difference to us as the caretaker was the receptionist and was very helpful. Very nice food at the snackbar/restaurant on ground floor. A/C was very good, emptying the water from it each night was no big deal. Was good value for the money. No TV in room which would be nice if you chose to stay in for a night. Also small charge for poolside loungers. |

The apartments were very close to the beach and the kitchenette was well enough equipped to allow the cooking of varied meals so great for travelling on a small budget The washing machine in the room did not work. |

We liked the beach because it ws close to the hotel. The cafes close by had a wide selection of food and were value for money. The hotel was adequate for the money paid. It was very noisy at times. |

If you like the home cooked food you have everything in your hands to do that and you save some money for evening drinks.Beach is incredible close and you have a nice and clean free swiming pool olso.You`ll feel happy and safe in a holliday atmosphere. I dont like when people don`t use door bell to call someone inside of apartment and they knock the door at 0300 AM, but this is not hotel`s problem it is people`s education.The manager must advice all people when they check-in about this matter. |

tout pres de la plage c'est le seul avantage la propreté: il y'a des cafards, de l'eau coulait des plafonds dans les couloirs, il y'a eu une fuite de gaz explosion dans l'hotel, la ventilation donnait lieu a une indondation sur la terrasse, le lit d'appoint avait tout les lattes cassées. hotel tres cher pour ce qu'il est. Le seul point positif la piscine mais il faut encore payer les transat et le bord de plage. Il n'ya pas d'acceuil on donne du liquide le monsieur de la conciergerie qui nous acceuille au milieu des draps et serviettes ne connait pas les prix exact des chambres. |

La facilidad que te dan a la hora de llegar por la noche el primer día. El guardia de seguridad es muy atento, y es el que hace de recepcionista por las noches. Que no han limpiado la habitacion en 7 días, y las toallas sólo 1 día. También pienso que con unos ligeros cambios o remodelaciones el hotel ganaría muchisimo. Es un hotel para gente joven que va a pasar máximo 10 días. No se lo recomendaría a familias porque hay demasiado ruido y no demasiado confort. Los colchones son como de espuma. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que el primer día te piden el dni y no te lo devuelven hasta el día siguiente (para comprobar tus antecedentes con la policia o algo así), creo que un hotel no debería poder quedarse con tu dni un día entero y dejarte sin identificación mientras tanto. |

Hotellet hade ett bra läge. Det var nära till allt, speciellt till stranden. Det fanns parkeringsplats till hyrbilen. Bra pool. En stor eldsvåda inträffade vår sista natt på hotellet och då framkom det att hotellet saknade ett fungerande brandlarm. Solstolarna vid poolen kostade pengar. |
