Номер с двумя спальнями просторный и удобный для проживания, все комнаты имеют двери (звукоизоляция), лоджия просторная. Начиная со второго этажа чудесный вид из окна на залив (на этажах 0 и 1 вида нет). Много чего в отеле требует косметического ремонта. |

Плюсы возможно найдут студенты или те, кто ищет очень дешевый отдых. Отель во своему интерьеру и оснощенности сильно напоминает сильно уставший санаторий советских времен. Очень шумно, т.к. основная публика - молодежь. Очень не советую людям, привыкшим к чистоте, комфорту и удобствам. Вынуждено пробыли одну ночь, в течении которой срочно забронировали номера в другом отеле да и вообще в другом месте Майорки. |

Fantastic location just few meters from the most fantastic beach. Quiet neighborhood and yet close to everything. Very helpful staff and very large apartment (we had the 2-bedroom apt.). Nice pool-area and great terrace from our apartment with direct access to the pool. Will definately consider coming back to this hotel in the future. Apartment complex in need of refurbishment. |

I was like this hotel cause very near to the beach...breakfast was nice...staff..outoor swimming pool!!! When I book this hotel...in pictures u can see that from ur balcony u can see the beach...but when we went to hotel we get graund floor room when u sit on balcony u cant see any think, we where somewhere in corner, and when we ask to change the room...cause in pictures they show somethink tottaly diferent. They answer that these rooms witch got view to beach is only 2 bedroom apartament!!! But when I book this hotel, no where was write like this!!! I was up set!!! And 2-nd thing what I did not like... In rooms...beds are moving...there are 2 single beds witch are put together...to make one duble bed....not really comfortable at all!!! |

Very close to beach, restaurants, shops. Lovely clean pool. Very nice food in the poolside snack bar. Quiet area away from hectic night life. Could do with updating the rooms a bit - some new doors would be good. |

Location is perfect, just next to the beach, very close to the bus station and supermarket. Rooms are confortable. Stuff is very friendly and helpful, especially David. Due to our leaving late at night, although the hotel was fully booked, we were given a room in the afternoon to take a shower and get ready to leave to the airport. |

The comittment of the maintenance staff and also the professionalism of the cleaning staff, frendliness of all staff. Lack of a restuarant and availability of a foods( a small shop would be nice). Better airconditioning units in the apartments, not cold enough or efficient. |

Excellent location, right at the beach and only 5 minutes walk to a small supermarket. Very friendly staff. Spacious apartments. Ideal for families who want an apartment with a bit of space at a reasonable price. |

very cloused to the beach. perfect for family with 3 kids. would recommend this hotel for families with all age kids. we defenetly come back. rooms perfectly clean, everithing we were need in the kitchen, was there. clouse to shops, restaurans, bus stop.we had room with beautiful sea view, very relaxing atmosphere. plenty of english programs on TV for kids. staff very friendly we had neightbours hevy smokers, so should cloused balcony door |

Good beachfront position in the quiet end of Palma Nova. Easy access. Friendly and helpful staff - even got a call from the manager to see if there was anything we needed. David on reception was particularly helpful. Noise carried - guess the walls are a bit thin! Wasn't a problem though. |

The location,spaciousness of the rooms, and willingness of the staff all exceeded my expectations. Four of us stayed for six nights and found the double room apartment spacious ,with wonderful views of CalaNova, every type of restarant with in easay walking distance,we would certainly stay there again.Fantastic value for money. Thank you We visited the hotel during April, whilst the Bar and other facilities including indoor heated pool, and large outdoor pool were open, it would have been nice if the coofee shop was open, however more than adequte kitchen facilities were availiable in the room. |

The atmosphere was very relaxed; the staff were really helpful and friendly and it was clean and well laid out Although clean, the decorative state of the hotel was looking a bit tired and it would benefit from a bit of fresh paint and furnishings. The kitchen in the apartment could also do with a few more pots, pans and utensils. The oven was also quite tricky to use and we had to buy matches to use it, which wasn't great. |
