Great location between Palma Nova and Portals. First class hotel with beautiful gardens leading down to large pool and private beach with the magnificent views out to sea. |

We had no hot water for 3 days a very unrelaxing ,would not recommend This hotel is not relaxing place to stay, we had not hot water for 3 days after complaining we were moved to a room that was very nosey not value for money |

El precio incluía desayuno y acceso al spa. Está reformado sólo parcialmente: la puerta y la calefacción del baño no están actualizadas, hay desperfectos en pared y/o techo que se podrían solucionar fácilmente pero no lo soluciona sólo una mano de pintura. Lo demás (mobiliario, sistema tarjeta para acceso a habitación, desayuno, área spa, etc.) está bien. |

El hotel en general está muy bien, la ubicación es buena y los servicios también. La cama. Son dos individuales juntas en lugar de una de matrimonio. |

La tranquilidad y el bienestar La habitacion que nos toco estaba con la calefaccion rota y entraba aire por las ventanas, pero nos cambiaron de habitacion rapidisimo en cuanto expusimos el problema. |

Da Nachsaison: wenig Gäste,guter Service, viel Platz am Strand und im Spa-Bereich. Empfang zum Teil nicht sehr freundlich, aber sachlich. |

El personal y los tratamientos del spa, muy profesionales y super simpaticos. Así como los camareros del comedor, el desayuno es de mejor calidad y mucho mas completo. La piscina del spa estaba fria, la habitacion era pequeña, con mobiliario muy antiguo y encontramos un queso podrido dentro del mini-bar, la calidad de la cena es dudosa y poco variada . |

poder utilizar el circuito del spa sin ningún cargo adicional, ni limatación de tiempo. Cuarto de baño algo viejo y las camas muy bladas. |
