Отель находится на северо-востоке острова, но погода была ничуть не хуже чем на южных побережьях (Пальма-Нова). Удаленность пляжа около 300 метров. Пляж чистый, вода прекрасная! Отель не старый, очень чистый. Номера чистые, с добротной мебелью и своим балконом. Отзывчивый персонал. Два бассейна, возле одного из которых бар, где можно пообедать. Особой похвалы залуживает питание. Мы взяли полупансион и не пожалели. Завтрак и ужин стоят уплаченных денег. Достаточно богатый шведский стол, плюс блюда, которые готовятся при вас. В лобби есть лаунжбар, где подают всевозможные хорошо приготовленные коктейли. Дизайн отеля претендует на неомодерн. Интерьер выдержан в белых и шоколадных тонах, строго, но солидно. Беспроводной интернет (правда в номерах ловит плохо). Улучшить качество сигнала wi-fi, для доступа в интернет из номера. Усовершенствовать душкабину, из-за короткой тсклянной перегородки и неправильному углу наклона днища кабины вода выливается на пол ванны, вроде пустяк, но доставляет неудобства. |

It was very good, although it is not a typical familiy hotel, we stayed with children and for the size of the Suites and the nice pool that was very good. Don´t expect any program for children, even though they are very welcome especially in the restaurant. |

That they had a seperate pool for non family. And a great large pool. The outdoor area was very clean. The emplyee were very nice. |

Hotel was recently renovated, so it is actually stylish and pretty clean. Breakfast is good, a lot of fruits. there are local specialities. My request about higher floor was perfectly fulfilled. Of course it was not sea view, but I have strong daubts if sea view is possible there at all. But view from rear side of hotel to S'Afbufera parc is really good. Quite a roomy balcony is ideal to admire the sunset. Local buses stop is located just near the hotel entance. |

Perfect Location - just a few minutes near the beach, amiable & helpfull personel, hotel is really stylish, quite; rooms well equipped, clean & comfortable. Good & variable cuisine. 2 pools in hotel, free Wi-Fi. Also, our first day -we were really pleased of the fact that the hotel sent our dinner to the room, as we missed it due to late arrival to the hotel. So, many thanks!!! I do recommend it! to put a piece of regular soap in bathroom- this little thing was missing; one TV channel in Russian. |

Very nice modern room with minimalistic decoration; very good and generous buffet breakfast; two pools and 50m from an amazing beach Very large hotel which caters in part for package holiday makers. The area is built up with beach holiday hotels/appartments (although not too visible from the beach itself + most nice beaches in Mallorca appear to be similarly built-up) |

Quality & cleanliness of the hotel and pool area, near to beach / sea & good general location, helpful staff, nice breakfast. UK 4 star. The air conditioning in the room was poor, however i was advised this was a temporary problem? |

Very clean and modern room. Staff very polite and friendly. Lovely pool area, always sunbeds available and the pool and poolside area was extremely clean. No tea/coffee making facilities in room and no entertainment of any kind. |

This hotel has met all my expectations. Very friendly staff, clean room (suite), quality furniture and excellent breakfast. Nice pool. The 3 pers/suite at the discounted rate of €101,- is an excellent deal. There is no sea view but the nice beach is at 250 m. Buffet dinner is good and wines are priced very reasonable. |

Nice mordern hotel. Very clean hotel. Two pools and a pool restaurang that gave very good value for money. Nice designed lobby with bar and WiFi. No seaview. A bit far from the Port Alcudia nightclubs and restaurangs. We rent bikes which was good both day and night time. Could not access the WiFi net from my room. |

The rooms were big and very nicely decorated. The cleaning of the hotel was perfect. The pool area was very child friendly without any sharp corners. Opening hours for breakfast could have been longer, from 7.00 AM. Kids wake up early! |

This is really a 4 STAR hotel with excellent 50m2 suites and a very good pool !! Staff and IT Systems need to be up2speed......everybody is very kind but you can really feel there is NO team spirit btw reception - pool staff and restaurant...... |

Hotel and staff were excellent location was poor we thought it was seafront not on main road next to lots of cheapy shops. Also we asked for a light to be fixed first day amd it still wasn't fixed when we left |

The location, so close to the beach. Two really good swimming pools. The modern furnishing. Even though very close to shops, restaurants and bars noise within the hotel walls was minimal. The service at the poolside bar and the bar by reception, even though on holiday with more time to chill we had to wait on every occasion for someone to serve us. One time we even gave up waiting. |

Very modern design and furnitures, incredible breakfast, confort and equipment of room, two swimming pools, nice bar in the lobby, second snack corner near the 2nd swimming pool. A supermarket is available part of the day. Looks not too far from the sea but no direct view. The hotel is located on a big street full of hotels, fast foods, tourist shops. To avoid if you look for discret and charmful place. From the 3rd floor we hardly saw the see over the opposite buildings, maybe it is worth on the 4th floor but don't expect a nice view if lower than 4th or not directly facing the sea (some rooms look onto the pool or the back of the hotel). |

The suite was roomy and comfortable and well furnished. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Bar was comfortable and reasonably priced. Breakfast had a very wide and tasty selection. No soap in the room and lack of facilities to make a hot drink. |

Price/quality this hotel is very good.We stayed in room 523 with view of the back and the swimming pool.You have a very big terrace where you can relax,a walk in shower,living with flat screen tv and a mini bar big enough to stuff in your own bottles.The breakfast buffet was excellent.We had B&B and a rental car,perfect to find excellent restaurants in the area. The evening buffet could be improved and a heated swimming pool would be nice,the sea was hotter. |

the food in the hotel was brillant especially the breakfast there was an amazing choice.This is one of the nicest hotels i ever stayed in. overall we had a fantastic stay at this hotel i would definitely recommend it to others and will return again. Albsolulely nothing everything was great. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel, - bright, modern and comfortable, very relaxed atmosphere but professional. Breakfast room was lovely and the selection was second to none. Bus stop directly outside which was very useful. Bar and breakfast staff were always cheerful and pleasant - and the cocktails were some of the best we've had. Pool areas are impressive. Room was cold and fans did not work ( made a noise but neither warm nor cold ) , and no food available after 6pm but other than that it is a great hotel. |
