Located next to Yumbo shopping & entertainment complex without any noise overload. Comfortble rooms. Taxi service agreement to airport not good value. Other apartment units in the area have much better deals. |

Location in the centre of the city, value for money. Street noise starting till 2AM and from 6AM in the morning. This is hearable through the bad isolated windows in the bedroom. A lot of tramp cats at the poolside, lying on beds. |

I liked the location of the hotel in relation to the Yumbo center and Playa del Ingles beach. I did not like that the pool was only open until 9 pm. |

Cleanliness, ideal location. Hard rock cafe not so loud as expected. Ideal value for money. bedroom window looking over street. At 4am cleaning the street starting with such a big noize. |

Amabilidad del personal, que hubiera muchos gatos viviendo en los alrededores del hotel o en su jardín y que les haya podido dar de comer (porque me gustan los animales en general, y adoro los gatos), que estuviera situado al lado del Centro Comercial Yumbo, y que me haya tocado la habitación muy cerca del ascensor. Que no hubiera gel de baño ni champú en la bañera, salvo una pastilla de jabón de mano, que lo tenía que utilizar en el lavabo para lavarme las manos, y cuando me iba a duchar lo tenía que llevar de nuevo a la bañera para utilizar esa misma pastilla como gel corporal. |

la limpieza demasiado ruidoso, se descansa mal debido a la ubicacion de las habitaciones. El sofá podría ser algo más cómodo. |

Lo que más me ha gustado de la estancia ha sido el trato del personal, la limpieza y la buena presencia de todo el apartahotel en general. Además de que la ubicación es magnifíca, sobre todo, para la gente que va con la intención de salir mucho de fiesta. Lo único que no me gusta es que no tiene parking para los clientes. |

Jeg syntes hotellet var rigtigt godt - helt fantastisk beliggenhed og meget serviceminded personale. Lejligheden var perfekt til 2 personer, men der er utroligt meget støj på dette hotel - vi boede på 5 sal, men alligevel kunne vi høre al trafikken og musikken fra Hard Rock Café Det fuldstændig vanvittigt at der ikke findes aircondition på værelserne - man kan leje en blæser for 2 Euro/dag men det giver stort set ingen luft.Det ville trække mange flere gæster til hvis hotellet fik aircondition for mange andre end os udtrykte utilfredshed med de meget varme lejligheder. |

Está muy bien situado, junto al Yumbo, con restaurantes, supermercado y parada de guaguas al lado. Tienen consigna y dan habitación de cortesía para que el día de la salida puedas disfrutar de las instalaciones. Uno de los recepcionistas era bastante "seco" |

A pesar de estar muy céntrico, el apartahotel no es nada ruidoso. La zona de la piscina es muy tranquila, y da el sol durante el día. Es genial el Hard Rock Café que tiene debajo. Me parece buena opción para el precio que se paga. No pusieron en funcionamiento el jacuzzi de la piscina. El baño olía un poco a humedad. |

La amabilidad y atencion del personal de recepcion y que la ubicación es perfecta. Aparthotel muy recomendable. Se podria mejorar el menaje de cocina ya que si la intencion es realizar todas las comidas en el apartamento puede resultar un poco justo. |

Las instalaciones y su ubicación. Que el último día de estancia estuviera sólo hasta las 18 horas y me hicieran pagar hasta las 12 del día siguiente (35 euros) sin ser informado de que hasta esa hora me cobraban menos (20 euros) |

La vicinanza al centro commerciale jumbo.il prezzo economico.la sistemazione sufficientemente adeguata. Ho realizzato che è rumoroso,la piscina eccessivamente frequentata da teenagers spagnoli chiassosissimi.non mi è piaciuto che non ci fosse ristorazione e che il breakfast non fosse incluso,mentre l'anno precedente almeno una parziale ristorazione era possibile. |
