the staff were so nice and friendly they let us stay in the apartment til 6 pm the the day we were going home and it couldnt be any more centrel just at night it can be a little noisey but it didnt really effect our stay |

El trato del personal fue exquisito, nos dejaron estar en el apartamento el día de check out hasta las 7 de la tarde. La situación es muy buena y los apartamentos alejados de la piscina son muy silenciosos Nada a reseñar, quizá que es un hotel enfocado a gente extranjera, pero creo que esa es la tónica de todo Puerto del Carmen |

El apartamento es bastante grande, bien equipado, sin lujos pero sin grandes carencias. Terraza-patio bastante grande con tendedero. La tele NO es de pago, como comentan algunos. La piscina no muy grande, pero correcta. El personal excelente. A 2 minutos de la playa, en pleno centro de Puerto del Carmen Ruidos por la noche de las discotecas cercanas. Limpieza cada tres días. Falta un ventanal grande en el salón para que entre el aire. Las camas parecen tener colchones de ladrillos y el sofá es difícil que sea más incmódo. |

Nonostante avessimo prenotato due monolocali e un bilocale (grazie anche alla grande disponibilità di posto) ci son stati dati 3 bilocali al prezzo concordato senza maggiorazioni. Appartamenti da poco ristrutturati, spaziosi (anche il monolocale che ha solo una stanza in meno), moderni e completi. Pulizia 5 giorni su 7, e gli scarafaggi menzionati in altri commenti erano veramente scarsi (visti 2 in 2 settimane, nelle canarie è normale, anzi è anche un miracolo vederne così pochi). Un' altra cosa diversa è la televisione non più a pagamento. Da non dimenticare l'ottima posizione per i divertimenti e il mare: il tutto a 200mt. Una piccolissima nota va alla reception che non è 24 ore su 24, alle 20 chiude e per qualsiasi cosa o ci si rivolge al bar interno che chiama il proprietario o si aspetta il giorno dopo. |

Gli appartamenti sono molto gradevoli ma purtroppo si trovano vicino ad un centro pieno zeppo di discoteche e giovani ragazzi che fanno baldoria fino al mattino; paradiso ideale per ragazzi fino a 25 anni che cercano divertimento notturno. Centralissimo ma troppo vicino alle discoteche. |

Ottima ubicazione in Puerto del Carmen. Ottimo confrono qualità/prezzo. La pulizia della camera non è perfetta, nel complesso si può valutare come discreta (blatta morta sotto il letto). |

La cercania a la playa, a tiendas y restaurantes...Apartamento bastante limpio y completo, perfecto para unas vacaciones en las que prima el viajar y no los lujos! Camas demasiado duras, por lo demas, genial. |

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goed onderhouden, klein zwembad ideaal voor verfrissing, winkels en strand om de hoek. We waren er voor de ironman wedstrijd, de start is op 300 m de harde muziek s nachts van de discotheken ernaast. Vraag een kamer achteraan |
